Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible experience. Place was dirty and moldy. No one to help when we called the two emergency after hours numbers at about 6pm. We couldn't stay in the room because mold allergies were triggered as soon as we entered. Place was not cleaned properly. There was no help or support or anyone to move us to a different room. We lost all our money.

Reviewer Comments: Once again we had an excellent vacation at the the Sunrise resortUnfortunately on arrival after a long flight, we found that the closets in both bedrooms were full, of either beach items( surfboard beach chairs trolley etc) or a unit full of games toys cleaner fan and other bits and pieces.Only after cleaning the closet were we able to make space to hang our clothes up, as we’re staying for 20 nightsThe property was clean and well decorated and more up to date than the photos of the apartment The location is excellent being so close to the beach shops and restaurants We have stayed many times in different condos in the resort and are booked in the Sunrise resort again next year but on a higher floorThe on-site staff were very helpful and the gardens are well maintained We managed to move some of the cleaning equipment into the cupboard in the kitchen, which was already pretty full, and the beach equipment onto the balcony.We informed the office of this and they were ok with that.

Pool was way too small for complex of this size. Difficult to reach property management on 4th of July. Understandable, but expected better response time.

We had a wonderful time for our Mom and Daughters trip. Condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable, location was perfect. We really appreciated all the beach gear (towels, cart, cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc) Highly recommend!

Very good view of the bay. The grounds were kept spotless. Our unit had nice furnishings. The condo was located within easy walking to restaurants, shops and the beach.
