We rented this condo in late 2014. We cannot express enough how helpful and friendly Don, Jane, and Nick were. They are very responsive and just wonderful people. The location is ideal for a stay in Southwest Florida. EVERYTHING is nearby. Estero is a fantastic central location for visiting Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. The condo is located in an area adjacent to the Coconut Point Mall and within minutes of many of the top restaurants in the area. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, very clean, and very well stocked. This is a great floor plan with large comfortable rooms. You will just love the huge lanai off the great room! It is furnished with top quality seating and a large dining table. It is the perfect outdoor entertaining area. There is also two additional private balconies (off the master bedroom, and the dining area). All items in the home are of good quality and we had a very comfortable stay. We are still talking about how comfortable the bed was! The clubhouse, fitness room, and pool are well appointed and very clean. I used the fitness room almost every day and was usually the only one in there. We loved being steps away from the amenities and were very pleased with how quiet the condo was! Our entire stay was peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this rental! This is a perfect location, a very comfortable and well decorated home, and offers great amenities at a great price for the area.

This was a beautiful condo, as pictured, with everything we needed including beautiful lanai, breezes daily. We loved living in it everyday. The pool, clubhouse, and area were immaculate with wonderful landscaped grounds. Short distances to Coconut Point Mall and all other shopping and the Gulf, loved this. Off the main roads and quiet but easy to get anywhere. Don, Jane and Nick were more than accommodating in setting up our rental, in answering all our questions, ideas for area attractions and just lovely people. Quiet, bright and airy condo is beautifully furnished. There was always sun on one of the three outdoor lanais during the day. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything a gourmet cook could want. It is conveniently located to the great pool and club house area, which is the center piece of the community. Owners are very pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to our stay again next winter.
