Over-sized beach front condo with remodeled 3BD/3BA, just steps from our beautiful South Padre Beach. Panoramic views of the blue ocean, once inside you will notice the spacious wraparound balcony of our corner unit where you can spend endless hours enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our master bedroom has ocean views and a private on-suite bathroom, a large living area, open kitchen with pantry, laundry room with full size washer & dryer and TV’s in living and all bedrooms. Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island just a few blocks from everything. This twelve-story condominium complex is located on the beachfront, and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It features 2 pools, hot tub, tennis court, playground, private boardwalk access to the beach and gated parking.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911.

THERE IS A ONE TIME $40 RESORT FEE CHARGE.

The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #307 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side ot the parking lot or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is NOT included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

9. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

10. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

11. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will not allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Early check in and/or Late check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

    Great Condo. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds, furniture and surroundings. Great view off 3rd floor balcony of beach, pool, and side area. Wonderful to sit out early morning & late evenings. Great place and Rosa & Rob were quick to respond to any issues we had, which were very minor.

    This condo is well taken care of. Beth (from BOVR) did a walk through as we were getting ready to unload all of our clothes and food. She was very kind and made sure everything was in order. Wish we could have stayed longer!

    Fantastic view. Clean and functional property with accurate photographs, although the living room photo for the listing does not do justice to the ocean view that this property provides. Beach and pool are steps away from the unit. Nice furniture on the deck for meals, morning coffee, evening cocktail. Great location with restaurants and a decent grocery store within walking distance. My wife and I enjoy cooking on vacation and the only reason I did not rate this property as excellent was because the kitchen was lacking a few common pieces of equipment and the kitchen knives were very dull.

    Very nice and spacious apartment, great view to the ocean. Very clean surroundings of property and friendly property managers.One suggestion: the coffee maker does not shut off automatically, could become a hazard if left unattended. Will plan to come back!

    Terrific condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, and roomie! Gorgeous view from the patio, just the right height to get a full view of the beach. Our two-year-old grandson loved the playground that is on the property. Great hot tub, regular pool, and kitty pool! Will definitely stay again!

    This is our third stay with Ocean Vista/Blue Ocean Vacation. Wall of Windows is an open concept kitchen, dining and living space showcasing a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunrises are the jewel of Ocean Vista Condos. Wall of Windows kitchen is well stocked for preparing family dinners, plenty of seating for dining and family entertainment. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, three full baths means there's never a wait for showers after beach or pool time, washer and dryer are a bonus. We enjoyed the oversized, spacious patio/balcony but mostly my 11 month old granddaughter with plenty of area to roam in her walker. Absolutely cant't wait to get back to Ocean Vista Condos nxt summer : )

    This property is in a great location. It was close to multiple bar and grills that are only a short walk away. The property was well maintained. It is nice that is right on the beach so can enjoy either the ocean or the pool which is just steps away. The unit provides everything you need. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and having a refrigerator that had an ice maker was underrated so I didn’t have to go buy bags of ice all the time. The views from the living space and balcony was impressive. Washer and dryer in the unit was also a great perk. Overall a very nice place. You seriously only need to bring your clothes and cash. Everything else is ready for you. Great job Rosa for making it easy on your guests

    The property was exactly as advertised. Excellent location right on the beach. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Owners were quick to respond when we couldn't get into the condo which was due to my error in not reading the instructions carefully. Would definitely stay again.
