Wall-to-wall ocean views! Dog friendly! Oceanfront balcony with stunning views.

General layout of condo was excellent and we greatly appreciated that flooring was tile. My dog is a small Pom so she could get her head through the patio rails perhaps falling five floors. Had to watch carefully so that she did not get out to patio.

Great location and view! All bedding, towels and beach towels were provided along with soaps, kitchen items and anything we needed. Communication with host was easy and quick. Made for a pretty carefree vacation!

Great place clean everything is there that you need beside disht towels and a washing cloth. Beautiful views and we love the balcony!! And it is a great place to bring your dog!!

Great location, oceanfront in Cherry Beach area. Overall clean but could use a deep clean as floor edges/baseboards showed dirt. Kitchen cabinets/drawers/countertops could use updating. Three sliding doors - one from kitchen, one from living room, and one from master bedroom - unable to open one from master bathroom. Security is a little concerning - elevator and stairs open to public - no security code to enter main building. Lock of unit door is not very secure - at times takes several tries to get to lock and unlock from outside (dial spins but doesn't catch), and even when locked, there is looseness to the door that makes it not feel very secure. Biggest issue/concerning is the elevator. The elevator was down upon our arrival and we were told by other guests that it had broke down at least once a day since they had been there (don't know how long that was) and that it took maintenance 2 - 4 hours to arrive for repair. They said they were on the 7th floor and had to walk them several times during their stay. That was a huge issue for our group as we had walking impaired individuals. We did walk up one time and knew we could not do it again so the first few days we felt kindof trapped in our unit - fearful to leave, that the elevator would go out of service and not be able to return to our unit. The pool is much smaller than appears in the pictures and honestly too small for a 24 unit condo complex.

Great spot on the beach. Awesome view from the balcony and plenty of amenities. The owner is very responsive and welcoming. This is our second time here - highly recommend the property

The ocean view was magnificent. Walks on the beach were lovely. However, for guest visiting the unit in December, blankets on each bed would havre made the stay more comfortable. Each night we had trouble sleeping because we were too cold to get a good nights sleep. Also there was a possible urine stain on one of the sheets on a twin bed. The sheet had to be washed before use. The condo location was great but I would hesitate recommending this particular unit as there are many others for which to choose.

We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching the dolphins.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was spacious and had a good layout for our family. The bedrooms felt private. The balcony and views were fantastic. Huge grocery store and restaurants were easily in walking distance. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, direct access to the beach, great beach view from balcony, we saw dolphins every morning. Walking distance to pier, grocery store and restaurants. Our new favorite place! We will definitely be back.

HUGE balcony to watch the waves and tides and hear the ocean rolling 24/7. Everything clean and updated linens and no clutter. Easy parking underneath and although storms kept us out of the pool it was also convenient. We saw less than TWENTY beach walkers each day!! Quiet and close to groceries and restaurants. But BEST OF ALL….right on the sand and incredible views all day. Love it here and beds were comfy. Can’t wait to return!!

We loved the area. Unit was very clean. Feel LR rug needs replaced but that was only onjection. Parking was easy. Use of elevstor wss no problem. Ate in Little River a liot. Capt Archie’s was favorite. The unit was surprisingly well stocked. Our only disappointment which was not host’s fault was chairs/umbrellas were not allowed to be set up. The place we rented from brought us a big wagon but we had to do our own set up. We are used to renting thru lifeguards and they set up 2 wooden chairs and an umbrella. They had them up by pier and farther down the beach toward the South but said it was not allowed there. Maybe that will change next year.

The property was very dirty, the patio doors do not move easily at all, very dirty floors, feet sticking to the floor, mats are dirty, rug is dirty, mold in the bathrooms, dripping vents, pool dirty, outdoor furniture was nasty.

The property was excellent. The balcony was large enough with a great view. There were a few things that needed attention. But we expected some because it’s hard to get through cleaning sometimes. The living room rug needs to be replaced. Mostly just extra attention on cleaning.We however were happy with the location.Running a vacuum and a few swipes of dusting and we were good. Good relaxing vacation!

This was our family's 2nd time staying here and everything was great! I messaged Liza with a question after our arrival and she was quick to respond and help. We enjoyed the big balcony and found everything we needed in the condo. The location is very convenient for walking to stores, restaurants or the cherry grove pier. Steve

This was our 3rd stay at this property. Perfect location just steps from ocean. Quiet family side of beach. The balcony is amazing with great view of ocean. Kitchen well stocked. Decorated well. Beds are wonderful. Pet friendly. Lots of loungers by pool.great communication with owner

Condo had a good floor plan, great Balcony, with Wonderful Views. However, cleanliness was disappointing as we had to vacuum and mop as soon as we arrived! Afterwards, our overall stay was very enjoyable!!

Only issue we had was elevator issues a couple days. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful condo stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation at the beach! Host is wonderful!Master bed is most comfortable thing we have ever slept on!

Just got home from our 3 night stay. The location is perfect. Close to shopping and everything North Myrtle has to offer but on a quieter section of the beach. Being an end unit we never heard our neighbors which was great for the dog.

Loved this property! View was amazing. Access to beach was easy. Store was within walking distance. Will stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay. Weather chillier than expected and the wind was fierce. But overall had a nice trip.

Convenient to the beach and grocery store/ shops/ dining. We love that you can park and then walk to all.

Love the location, easy access, love the spacious balcony, & comfortable furniture. Had everything we needed. Only disappointment was not seeing the sunrise unless your at the far side of the balcony.

Great location and beautiful accommodations.

The Condo is beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. Maintenance does an excellent job of keeping everthing clean. Anything needed to be fixed is immediately taken care of. Liza, the owner is very pleasant and accommodating.

It was a very relaxing stays with amazing ocean view and love to be able to step out on the sands to walk our dog who enjoyed running on the soft sand and greet people and other dogs. The whole place is very clean and tastefully decorated with every need. The location of this property is just perfect. Not too heavy commercial yet only 5 minutes walk to the grocery store or less than 20 minutes drive to couple shopping outlets. We really enjoyed our time here!

10/10 recommend staying here! After coming in for our trip & having no heat, Liza was great in jumping right on the situation, & we had heat the very next morning. She is an excellent communicator, & the views of this place are beautiful. She even let my beagle lab mix dog stay who is 2 lbs over the weight limit. This place is perfect with tons of restaurants & a Starbucks close by. Cannot wait to come back & actually enjoy the pool. Thank you Liza for a wonderful experience!

We have stayed in this building multiple times as the location is perfect for the Cherry Grove area and the views are great from the balcony. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and books supplied by the owner. The beach is steps away. Overall, I would rate our stay a 3.5 stars but that's not an option. The pictures are accurate and the condo is nice. We had a couple minor issues during our stay. For some reason the towels stock was limited (owner responded to this issue), the cable TV did not work at all, so plan to use your own apps if you have them, and the elevator stopped working for most of one day. The reaction time was good from the property manager when we highlighted these issues. My overall rating is based on the disappointment with the lack of resolution on the TV side (it was a big football weekend:)) and general feeling from the issues we experienced. I would consider this location again despite the issues.
