Walk/Tram to Beach! Pool/Tennis!

Place was filthy when we arrived. Damage to walls and scratches, property has not been maintained. Sand all over the floors and outside patio (including used and broken body boards and chairs left). Broken toilet paper holder, stains on pillows - Dust hanging from popcorn ceilings, half an inch of dust on all ceiling fans. We walked around barefoot the 1st night and after 30mins, our feet were black from dirt, obviously floor has not been cleaned or mopped. I cleaned the countertops with a Clorox wipe, and disgusted by how many were used to clean it. Surprised by how we could hear some conversations and the opening of cabinets/drawers in the unit next to ours. Dryer would take 2hrs to dry a simple load of laundry.

The condo was cute and very close to the beach! Great location. However, needs regular maintenance and upkeep. 1. New refrigerator still had packing tape and the inside shelves were note installed. This is a job for management or owners, not renters 2. Toaster needs replacing. Only 1 side works. 3. Children's room has 2 bunk beds which are very shaky and unstable. This is a safety hazard and needs to be checked after every rental 4. Half of the light bulbs need replacing 5. Very few dishes. Only 2 cups, so everyone had to share them for morning coffee

Very nice , had a few maintenance issues, but we figured them out.

We stayed in the same property several years ago and walked directly to the beach-which resembles the description steps to the beach. We were surprised to find that now you must walk at least a quarter of mile to get to the property leased beach. There is a golf cart service, but it only runs every 15 minutes(that not always reliable) or very helpful when loaded down with beach gear. The stove in our unit did not work properly and the fridge was covered in sticky liquid upon arrival. Booking beachside next time! Do your research!

Place was clean and confortable. Short distance from the beach. Has a couple of pools and tennis court. Convenient location for restaurants .

I think the condo wants you to use the further one but seems like people were using both and no one said anything at the closer one. There is a shuttle (golf cart) that will take you to the further one. No chair service available.Also, not a major thing, but just FYI that the Master bedroom bed is super soft - even our 7 year old was surprised by it when he got on it one morning. Thankfully we still slept fine but if you're not ok with soft beds you likely won't be happy.Last FYI, the unit is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Wasn't a big deal for us but if we had traveled with my parents (as we sometimes do) that would have been a deal breaker. Overall we are happy with our stay and are grateful we found this cute little condo last minute!

It was tight for my family of 5 and not much room to put pantry items in the kitchen. The kitchen has not been updated. My two small children loved the bunk room, and there were two sets of bunk beds instead of the one that was shown in the picture which they got a kick out of. The beds were all nice looking and very comfy. The lighting wasn't the best, it could be a little brighter in some rooms. There is no regular coffee maker-only a Keurig, so we had to go out and buy one. The condo was clean, but is in need of a deep clean-dust layered on fan blades and baseboards, the dryer filter had not been cleaned out in awhile, and there was lint caked on the louvered door in the laundry room in front of the furnace room. The drain in the hall bath did not drain well. The main pool was nice and we used it daily as it is pretty much right outside the door. You are supposed to wear the provided bracelets to the pool. The walk to the beach was not that far, maybe a 5-10 minute walk but can be a bit much if carrying a lot. There were a few beach chairs on the balcony which was a nice surprise. You can see a little sliver of the ocean in between some of the houses in front of the balcony. It is a little further from the bike trail than I had thought but we did do a lot of biking. There is a lot of new construction going on in the area. We loved Old Florida Fish house for dinner, great atmosphere, and we rented bikes from 30A bike rentals which worked out well. All in all the condo was nicely kept, nicely decorated, in need of a little updating, but my family would prefer something a little larger in the future and closer to the beach. We did have a great time and besides the coffee maker did not have any other major issues.

Had a wonder 3 day stay at this condo. Over all the complex has good amenities and great communication with the host. Comfortably slept our whole group with bed space for everyone. Third floor property so lots of trips up and down stairs for groceries and unpacking/packing up car.
