Great property walking distance to Downtown. Very clean, nicely decorated and excellent hosts with great communication. Extra bonus was seeing the adorable wildlife outside our riverfront balcony every morning!

This was a cute condo with a beautiful view. The host was very helpful- we asked to access the condo early on arrival day to be able change and freshen up for a graduation event, and it was granted right away.

We had a girls trip and loved this condo. The owners were excellent communicators and very accommodating. The location is great, very quiet location. It was quick walk to Broadway and other attractions. The balcony overlooking the river was so peaceful. We had such a nice time hearing and seeing the wildlife. I would definitely recommend this condominium while in Nashville!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s Riverfront Condo. We like to walk, so the 10-15 minutes it took us to get to the main part of Nashville was always enjoyable. There were 4 of us, and we never felt unsafe, and the area was so quiet. It was also easy to grab a Uber or Lyft, and we could park our car right outside the door.The view of the river is amazing, and we enjoyed breakfast there each morning. The place was well equipped for all we needed. Clean, well kept and comfortable. The host kept us informed of things, provided great advice and was very responsive. We would recommend this condo and host highly.

Excellent communication with the host. Beautiful condo overlooking the Cumberland River. Easy 10 minute walk to Broadway. Well lit exterior on the building, including the parking area. The kitchen was well stocked; pots, pans, utensils, etc. No hand mixer but literally everything else. The unit was very clean! Beds were comfy and pillows were great. Extra blankets, ots of towels, and plenty of storage/closet space.

The condo is beautiful….right on the river…. Super Quick Uber to the Broadway energy and bands yet quiet and peaceful to sleep at night! It is walkable but we wanted save the walking for Broadway It is also easy walking to local restaurants. I have to complement the bedding. It was so soft and lovely, and the kitchen amenities were plenty. Lastly, the responsiveness of the host was fantastic.

The condo is exactly as described - well stocked kitchen (although didn't cook alot), extremely comfortable beds, plenty of space for 2 couples. The balcony is nice and it is a quiet area. Communication was excellent. The host checked in on us and let us know of a minor problem the previous renter had. They offered to fix it immediately but it wasn't an issue for us so we asked to wait until we left. Nice walk to Broadway, safe and well populated. We would recommend this stay. In fact, the couple with us are already thinking of booking it for their next trip! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The condo was just as described. Wonderful view of the river. The unit is on first floor so no stairs to climb which was good for older folks. We walked most of the time, 20 min to Broadway and 15 to Farmers Market. I felt safe at night walking home with the four of us. There is construction across street but it did not affect us at all. Communication was great and all in all I would stay at property again if in Nashville. Thank you!

Check in was great, kitchen facilities were good although we didn’t really use them other than coffee and toaster. Liked that they had both types.

This was a perfect spot for a girls weekend in Nashville! The condo had everything we needed; parking, full kitchen, proximity to Broadway, even a pool! Cindy and Chris were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Thank you. We hope to return!

Celebrating our 40th anniversary and could not have asked for a cleaner peaceful condo. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. The river has a lot to watch. It is a decent walk to broadway but for seniors its a little bit of a challenge, especially in July heat! This was our first time in Nashvile and we had a very good time with lots of different music.

First timers to Nashville; Excellent hosts and accommodations. Enjoyed the city and the stay. No trouble getting Taxi/Uber/Lift.

Cindy was great to communicate with. The condo was beautiful! It is well maintained. It’s in a prime location to downtown. Would recommend to people coming to Nashville for a weekend.

We had a great stay at the Condo on the river! The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The beds were comfy and had everything we needed! There is a great view of the river from the living space and balcony. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay and had the best of both worlds. We were convenient to all the downtown Nashville things we wanted to do, but also had a wonderful, peaceful spot to have downtime with friends.

We had made the plans over a year ago. My husband and myself surfed a lot of sites and felt really good when we saw this VRBO. Pictures sold us but when we got there it was even better! The ease of access to Broadway was a straight walk which btw is the way to travel. The parking is covered so you don’t get wet and your car doesn’t get hot. Can’t wait for next year! Another amenity was Metallica was playing and you got to hear that so clearly. The views are spectacular! On the banks of the Cumberland River. They even had a fan that my husband must have to sleep. All I needed to bring was clothes!! Definitely recommend highly!!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed setting on the balcony and watching the beavers play. I would definitely book this condo the next time I am in Nashville.

Wonderful and beautifully decorated condo with views overlooking the river. Comfortable beds and great towels. We were very happy with our stay there and we look to book again in the future.

My sister and I had a wonderful time! Cindy is the perfect host. Her condo is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back.

This is a great location. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Love that it is on the river and the weather was beautiful so we sat out there a lot. Cute little groundhogs became our pets and greeted us each morning. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are connected by a bathroom so my husband and I felt a little like we were on top of our friends in the other bedroom. We closed that door and used the other bedroom but we could still hear one another easily. No fault to the owners but the cowboy boot wearing person above us stomped around at all hours of the night. Construction across the street didn’t allow us to sleep past 7 AM but that should resolve once the building is complete. The fireplace is only for aesthetics and not for use.

The condo was accurately described, it was perfect, even better than expected! The place was spotless and everything looked brand new. They spared no expense decorating and taking care of the property. Location was an easy walk to Broadway and other attractions. An Uber ride to the airport was less than 20. There is free covered parking right outside the door. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and tugboats on the river. It was a pleasure working with Cindy. We will definitely stay here again.

This was a very clean and cozy condo. The owners think of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Very well laid out. We enjoyed a weekend of family time and we will be coming back to rent this condo again.

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable. There's construction nearby but it wasn't a problem. Easy 15-20 min walk down 1st Ave to downtown. We loved staying there and hope to come back.

Covered parking, cool view of the river, nice and clean condo. You can definitely walk (20 minutes) or a /-9 uber to Broadway (5 minutes or so). Very clear communication and nice, clean, condo!

We had a blast in Nashville! After long, fun nights of going to Broadway, we had a Great, Confortable place to come back to. Quiet and safe. Conveniently located near the baseball stadium, Nissan Football Stadium, and park. Great place for New Years Eve and Titan Games. Owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Recommend this property 1,000%!

We had Wonderful stay here. We were down for a week getaway with friends. Perfect place to stay. It was a short walk to broadway and being right on the river, it was fun to watch the barges go by. The condo in itself was very clean and very well stocked with everything and more. By far the most incidentals were supplied in any rental we’ve had! I would definitely stay again and absolutely refer!

Location was great for our group. Several places within easy walking distance and low-cost Uber/Lyft rides to the strip. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
