Stayed Sep 7, 2022This is a beautiful well maintained home. Might be the best location on the island, 2 blocks to restaurants and shopping with a short 3 block walk to the beach. The upstairs deck is perfect for cocktails and grilling dinner. Fully stocked kitchen, everything worked well including the washer/dryer and HVAC. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022My family of 4 spent the last month at this wonderful vacation rental and highly recommend it for a variety of reasons. First, the rental is five stars. It's clean, well kept and has plenty of storage. It also has plenty of what you need...a kitchen that has anything one needs to prepare meals, a bbq grill and beach toys. Second, the location can't be beat. It's a five-ten minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to Orange Ave. and a five minute walk to the grocery. My kids loved the convenience. If you're looking for a well kept rental that has everything you'll need plus a great location, this is it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I absolutely love this place. I stayed for almost two months for work. This home was magnificent. Excellent real estate. Definitely recommend. The rooftop deck is the icing on the cake.
