Walkable, well-appointed riverside condo with pool

The location was close to Carvers and Hernandos. I was able to go on 3-mile walks around the town each day and along the Fraser River path. Moonfrog was my coffee go-to each morning. it was small, but I was out and about during the day and happy. The tv was great! It’s perfect for one person. Proximity to downtown Winter Park is great!There is a rec center on the premises and a playground and hiking trails! Lots of fishing near by!

The rustic decor was really nice. I loved everything about this condo!

Loved being within walking distance to Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Cute condo with updated interior right next to the river! We would stay here again!

Comfortable well appointed one bedroom condo with a great front porch facing the river. Just steps away from the Fraser Trail.

We enjoyed the quiet and picturesque setting of the lodge location. The walking trails, babbling brook, and landscaping were breathtaking. I appreciated the well thought out placement of hooks on the wall to maximize storage space. We were able to hang our jackets and bags with hooks to spare! Overall it exceeded our expectations and felt like a true, relaxing vacation. Definitely would book this place again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this beautifully updated condo. Located off the beaten path yet still within walkable distance to downtown.

The location was great, very close to many options for hiking and relatively short drives from many scenic places. There was a decent supply of cooking utensils and gear. The stone arch over the kitchen is charming, but for a summer rental, that’s where the positives ended. Make sure you know this unit has no AC. And yes, you can open windows, but the public use picnic tables and grill are directly outside your front window, so it’s either airflow in the cool evening, or a little privacy… you don’t get both. I also was disappointed in the failure of response when I tried to contact the host regarding the tub that didn’t hold water and the toilet that ran constantly. It’s a company, and it seemed that the response was automated. The toilet issue was just annoying, but it was functional, so that’s minor. I was very excited to use the deep bath that’s advertised to soak my legs and back after days of hiking, but the drain plug wouldn’t stay closed so the bath wasn’t usable. The shower was fine, so again… not a total catastrophe, just disappointing. Depending on what you’re looking for, this might be an ok spot, it just missed the mark on our moderate expectations.

We were so pleased with this condo! It was within walking distance of downtown winter park and was such a nice, cozy place to come back to each night! The inside was very clean and smelled so fresh! We will definitely be staying here again!

We love this place. We have to stay here two times. It’s very convenient to eateries and grocery store within walking distance and the condo has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Close and convenient to everything. The maintenance guy that closes the pool and hot tub at night was quite rude stating “you WILL be out of here by 10 pm” to us when we checked in to go sit in the hot tub. The place was clean, had everything and was as described.

I loved the apartment

Great location on the Fraser river.. you can hear the riffles from the comfortable living room. Condo has been updated. Bed is soft and quiet. Granite Kitchen is well appointed. Best part waking early to walk on the Fraser river trail just steps from the front door. We’ll be back.

Perfect little getaway for our family of 3! This place is right on the river and just a short walk to tons of restaurants. There are hiking trails right outside the door and gorgeous lakes to walk around! The bus comes right to the front of the building too! We loved using the pool and hot tubs during our stay. This condo has everything you could possibly need for a cozy getaway. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and supplies you would need to cook. Tons of serving dishes, mixing bowls and baking dishes as well! Bathroom is stocked with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was also a hair dryer. The bed is so comfy and there are hooks on all the doors providing different spaces to hang your clothes and jackets. We loved sleeping with the windows open letting the cool mountain air come in and the sounds from the river in the living room. I definitely recommend this spot!!

We loved our stay even though it was a challenge to get there due to the bridge being out...the locals helped us out. The TV in the bedroom didn't work but we survived without it. The rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and entertainment options. We will be back!

Located within walking distance to Winter Park, this place was ideal for our quick trip for the Blues Festival at Rendezvous Park. Our unit was quiet, located by the river and suited our needs perfectly as we walked every day.

This condo was comfortable and well equipped for a great weekend stay. It's location was perfect, just steps away from the river.
