Stayed Feb 18, 2025Check in was easy and the condo was very clean with the exception of one shower. However we were quite surprised to find that the door code we were given was the same code published in the condos information booklet….a little unsettling ….though a call to the owner had a new door code programmed in and the dirty bathroom issue taken care of- both within the hour. Grounds in the complex were beautifully maintained and it was very nice to walk the complex. The pool is a gem….heated and very clean. Nice location for exploring the Phoenix metropolitan area.A couple suggestions to the host…- A large pot and strainer are needed for cooking pasta.- Screen on slider was unusable and needs to be repaired- Entrance door was tricky and we were locked out one evening for over an hour until the booking agent could reach maintenance. Hinges were tightened and he showed us how to pull on the door while punching the code.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Not as clean as I expect at this price. And kind of neglected/old. Pretty noisy. On the 4th floor, but very convenient elevator. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We had everything we needed.needed. Convenient location foouneeds.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025The property is a block away from grocery stores, TJMaxx, and some great bars and restaurants. We had some maintenance issues that the host quickly resolved. The pool and hot tub are a good temperature for when we were there (January).

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Older place and decor but clean and comfortable beds. Pool area was really nice. Parking spot close and the elevator was a bonus. Location was everything… great shops close and loved the local Starlite bbq restaurant and of course Starbucks. Fashion Square so close and Jimmy John’s has the best subs ever!

Stayed Feb 26, 2024We went out to AZ for business and spring training. The condo was located just down the street from old town and Scottsdale mall. We actually walked to Scottsdale Stadium. Super easy and convenient. The place was clean upon arrival and on the top floor. I don’t remember reading about stairs but for us was no big deal. We could not get the wifi to work which could have been terrible but we had a hot spot so it worked out. We also couldn’t open the slider for air since the screen was broken- which they did offer to fix.. but we were in and out a lot so it wasn’t that big of deal. We had a little one with us so I didn’t want to leave the door open without locking screen due to balcony overlooking the pool. That being said it was a little stuffy and you can’t turn on the air.. I would not have liked that in summer. I like to control my own air. These places seem to be like old apartments that were converted to condos.. not sure. All in all it was a great time. Some suggestions would be a little more lighting- hard to see at night while working at desk. The pool looked really nice and they had pool items to use. Nice for a small famil to stay. Thanks!
