The Space:

Snow settles quietly over the peaks as you return from the slopes, boots dusted and cheeks flushed from the alpine air. Inside, warmth gathers around the fireplace while the mountains linger just beyond the windows. Evenings unfold at an easy pace - a soak beneath crisp winter skies, a movie in the media room, or a shared meal after a full day in Whistler’s snow-covered landscape.



Living spaces

An open-concept layout creates room for everyone to come together. The living area is anchored by an indoor fireplace, offering a natural place to unwind after ski days. Large windows frame winter views, and the dining table for eight sits alongside a breakfast bar for three, making group meals and morning coffee easy and comfortable. A dedicated workspace and Wifi allow you to stay connected when needed, while heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing hearty meals, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a full kitchen setup for cooking at home. Gather around the dining table after a day on the mountain or step onto the patio or balcony to use the BBQ grill. A coffee maker is ready for early mornings before heading out into the snow.



Sleeping arrangements

This four-bedroom townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across five beds and 3.5 baths.



On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that extends into the ensuite bathroom with a soaking bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed, while the third offers a tri-bunk bed suited for flexible sleeping needs. These rooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.



On the lower floor, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower and hallway access.



Outdoor living

After long days in the snow, the private hot tub becomes a welcome retreat. The patio also features an outdoor gas fireplace, creating a cozy setting beneath winter skies. Additional outdoor furniture on the balcony offers space to take in the mountain air between adventures.



Additional features

A media room with a large TV and wet bar provides another gathering space for relaxed evenings. The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance for added convenience. A secure free parking garage on premises - including a two-car garage - opens into a spacious mudroom, ideal for storing ski gear. Self check-in with a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival.

Within walking distance of the Whistler village stroll yet tucked away for added privacy, this townhouse offers a comfortable base for ski days, fireside evenings, and quiet winter mornings surrounded by the mountains.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler day parking lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• A public bus stop is located just outside the complex entrance, on the corner of Blackcomb Way and Nancy Greene Drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

    Everything was amazing. Whistler platinum’s service is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We wanted to babyproof the house and they connected us with the right people! 100% recommended.

    Love the place for our family of 8. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Parking for one or two is acceptable but larger families with more than two cars will need to park at costly, more distant garages making it very challenging to load and unload ski gear and adding complexity and time. Kitchen faucet is an engineering disaster and should be replaced with one that actually flows inside the sink. Overall though, a lovely place and would highly recommend for those with 2 cars or less.

    Whistler has been on our list and we finally made it (we are from the US East Coast). This property was a great place for all. Snow was decent but no powder which was a little disappointing. Bus strike put a damper but was not as bad as we anticipated. We were able to either walk or drive and park (with ski equipment).
