Walk to the slopes - very spacious, sauna and gorgeous!

It's a privilege to stay in Tom's beautiful property! The space is beautifully laid out and handsomely decorated and truly felt like a home-away-from-home for our long weekend. The living room & dining area are great gathering places! This is the finest rental we have ever found in coming to Sugarbush over 15 years. Tom has fully stocked the kitchen with every utensil one can need for cooking - and snacks & helpful condiments were on hand (olive oil, ketchup, etc (nice not to have to bring or buy). Location in walking distance of the mountain and on Mountain Condo shuttle route made getting to the mountain so easy - we did not bother drive to the base. Having a sauna inside the property was a real treat - we used it every day for 20 minutes! And Tom is the best host ever - he was so responsive including via text when I had misplaced the door code on arrival. We definitely plan to return!! Thank you, thank you for the treat of being your guests!

Tom’s place was excellent in all areas: the kitchen was very well equipped / stocked, there was plenty of space throughout, and the sauna was amazing. The location was great, perhaps a half mile from the base at Sugarbush and the bus shuttle was great with pickup right at the end of the units driveway. I was ther with my partner and 3 adult children - and we all just loved it.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a post-Christmas ski holiday. So close to the mountain, the condo was super cozy and accommodated all of our ski gear. The condo was also well stocked with bathroom amenities, laundry and dish detergent, kitchen equipment, coffee, and snacks!! My husband loved the sauna and our son loved the PacMan video game in his super fun bunk bed room! The host was super communicative and timely with information and responses.

Our party consisted of 2 families, a mix of adults and teens. The condo was perfect for us! 3 full baths, plenty of room to spread out, and better stocked than any other rental I have used before. Comfy couch, lots of games to play, and the sauna is very large and so nice. We really appreciated the washer and dryer to be able to clean stinky uniforms after a hot day on the fields. The owner, Tom was so friendly and helpful. He was great at communicating ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn’t locate the washer and he responded very quickly when I asked about it. And he very graciously let us check out late without any additional fees. The resort area is beautiful and so peaceful in the summer. We saw a mama bear and her 3 cubs and it was the highlight of our stay. We were in the area for a tournament so didn’t get to explore too much, but spent an afternoon at Warren Falls, less than a 10 minute drive and it was such a fun time, jumping off the cliffs and hanging in the swimming holes. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking to rent in this area!

Four of us stayed for two nights for the 2024 total eclipse. It could not have been more perfect. From the time we booked until we checked out, Tom was beyond responsive. He was so gracious about communicating places to visit, things to do, and most importantly, gave us a suggestion for an ideal spot to watch the eclipse. He was available by text message and phone call for the smallest question. I truly felt like I had a new friend by the time we left. The minute we walked in the door, the four of us felt immediately at home. The condo was clean, the layout functional, the kitchen well – stocked. We spent more time than I should admit sitting in front of the fire and chatting. We did use the sauna which was very fun. I can only imagine how great it would be after a day on the slopes. An unexpected and delightful bonus was the amazing art work throughout the condo. We assume it was done by a very talented family member, and it elevated our experience. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Tom, the owner, was very helpful and provided great information and recommendations about skiing and the general area. The condo was really close to the ski mountain - making drop offs and pick ups of our kids very easy, and also close to the Sugarbush Health & Rec center for those in our party that wanted to use the gym. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We'll definitely love stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely beautiful, well stocked and super clean. We were able to get together with our college aged daughter and her friend for some quality time with plenty of space for everyone. Tom was very responsive and helpful with any of my questions. I highly recommend :)
