Walk to The Best Restaurants, Beaches, and Activities. Heated Pool. Fabulous Location.

This apartment is wonderful and in the best location in Pass-A-Grill. There is still visible damage in the area from the hurricane but this property on the second level was spared is in great shape. There is a complete kitchen and a washer dryer, which makes living easy. The bathroom is lovely and the ere are plenty of towels. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is large and airy: open the doors and step out on the balcony for fresh sea air.

Balcony was nice. Looked to the left we could see the Intracoastal looked forward and to the right the gulf. Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great layout and size for our family of four (children 9 and 11 years old). We loved the full size appliances and washer and dryer combo. The pool was a great option to beat the Florida heat. Everything was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change about the condo would be the shower. The water pressure was pretty low and the water temperature was hard to adjust. Overall, we loved our stay. It was the perfect walking distance between the bay and the ocean, as well as the shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The space worked well for my wife and daughter and myself. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be to upgrade to a newer, more comfortable couch. If I had to offer anything.

We flew out from Canada to come to spend a week in St Pete's area. The apartement was perfectly located, just steps away from the beach and big enough for me, my partner and his two teenagers on the sofa bed. The apartement complex was quiet and private. 4 beach chairs were included which we appreciated. But we had to buy a lot of things, even basics, for our week stay : Salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee, extra toilet paper, extra shampoo, laundry detergeant... We were expecting more basics products to be included and we were asked to leave nothing behind during check-out. Since we were heading to the airport, we threw everything away and felt bad about it. We recommend the place, but just be aware of what you can maybe bring from your own house if you aren't coming by plane!

Perfect cozy little getaway on PAG! This is our first time out here in PAG and it couldn’t have been better. The suite was clean and functional. Across the street is the beach. Hot tip! If you’re looking for sea shells go to the dog park located 5 blocks south. Pros: close to beach, updated bathroom and bedroom. Not super touristy, easy to navigate. Cons: had to buy some essentials like trash bags, kitchen sink still had food in it. Thermostat is locked at 72F.

This was our first time staying at this property. We were very impressed with the size of the unit; how clean the unit was and how the owner had the entire unit stocked with your everyday essentials. We have stayed in PAG several times and I think this property is now one of our favorite places. Very quiet, clean, easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for your PAG stay.
