Paula’s condo was outstanding! It is a 1200 sq. ft. unit with a well-equipped kitchen and a full laundry room, which is ideal for longer stays. Paula’s condo is on the second floor in a secure building, with 2 tandem parking spaces on the same level, just steps away from the condo and the elevators to the lower level for street access. Both the garage entrance and the elevators require a key fob to access, so it is a very safe environment.The condo is literally 2 – 2 ½ blocks from the crypto.com arena and L.A. Live; and a short 5-7 minute walk to Ralphs, the local grocery store, and Ralphs has an underground parking garage, so you can even drive and park for free, to and from Paula’s condo. Given the parking spaces at Paula’s and close access to the freeways, her condo makes a very good home base for day trips along the Pacific Coast Highway or to Hollywood and the Beverly Hills.Paula is also a very responsive host who responds quickly to inquiries, unlike a lot of other hosts.I would highly recommend Paula’s condo and the whole L.A. experience. We have stayed at Paula’s twice now and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Very clean property. Very easy to get in and out. Owner communicated often and clearly. Tremendous value for the price relative to the cost of a hotel room during a conference at the large venue up the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great spot! It has everything I needed, from laundry to the right sauce pans for dinner and breakfast. Even down to the provided coffee creamers, the details are in order. The gym is nice and helpful if you want to work off your DTLA dinner calories. The coffee shop, Ideology, is great, and right across the street, plus half a block from an excellent breakfast sandwich spot too. Doormen are friendly, and the host is responsive. This is our go-to first choice when headed to Crypto arena or convention center. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

Unit was roomy and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Location was great! Many restaurants and bars in the area. Host was very responsive. Overall a positive experience and would return the next time we visit LA

Rented this property for a convention and it was one of the best ones I've rented thus far. Very short walk from the convention center, clean, friendly staff, quiet, and very comfortable. The massage chair was a highlight after a long day walking the convention center!

An excellent, clean, well appropriated apartment in walking distance to the conference I was attending at the convention center. The host was VERY available and helpful in navigation the not so obvious entrance into the parking structure and responding to my questions thru out my stay!

We were looking for accommodations located near the Convention Center that were quiet, had a king bed and parking. This place is located about a 10 minute walk from the Convention Center and has some great bars and restaurants nearby. Paula was always available to answer questions and the parking was very convenient. The place is spacious and is well stocked. Wish the bed was more comfortable but that’s personal preference. No noise from the other tenants but there is definitely street noise - - not sure how you avoid that.

The apartment is very nicely appointed, is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well-stocked and the pool and patio area is particularly inviting. Paula is easy to reach. Great place for our week's stay in LA!

Very well maintained convenient parking great location

Stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. This is really the perfect place to stay in DTLA, close to everything. Clean, safe, stylish, and everything is provided. Love the massage chair! Everything is so easy with this rental. Paula is the perfect host and easy to communicate with. I am a repeat visitor and I will be sure to return next time I need to be in LA for a conference.

The communication with the owner was excellent, with very fast replies. The apartment is spacious and on a street that felt close enough but quiet enough. The area felt safe, and the property operates with front desk staff. Parking is a nice benefit, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the washer/dryer was also a plus. We were there for a convention center event, and the location is easily walkable to LA live, Peacock Theatre, the convention center, and Crypto arena. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views, great location. Close to great restaurants and a legendary breakfast restaurant. All within walking distance. Great condo , great parking spots this condo has it all and more. Excellent communication with the owner. We had a great stay.

My Wife and I enjoy your stay at your property, whereas everything was advertised as listed. We've stayed in the Staples Center (Crypto.com Arena) area before. However, what we enjoyed most about this time around, was AWESOME layout, that included the personal touch of a massage chair, after a day out. Paula you were a GREAT host and thank you for hosting us. We would GLADLY stay here again, if it's available. Paula, enjoy the remainder of your 2024, and I hope that you have a wonderful and prosperous 2025.

Everything was top notch from communication with the owner, to check-in, cleanliness and amenities. If you are looking for a place a short walk to the convention center or Crypto Arena this unit is perfect. The unit was well equipped and there is 24 hour concierge in the lobby which gave me a sense of security as a single traveler.

Was a lot nicer than the pics show if you can believe that. Everything was perfect. Made our Veencon trip perfect!

My son had a week long internship for a film festival at Regal LA Live. The apartment is a short walk from the venue as well as the basketball stadium and convention center. This area of downtown is clean and safe. Many young professionals living in this building and the neighboring buildings. Restaurants, grocery and Target all within short walk. Also close enough to the highway for easy access to other parts of the area. The apartment is a spacious loft style studio (one big room) with a comfortable sleeping area with large closet, king bed, and nightstands which can be partitioned off with curtains. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bathroom large and the in-apartment laundry room very convenient. The exercise room is clean and has everything you could need. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is convenient since it is on the same floor as the apartment, however, it is a bit snug, so go in and out slowly. Paula was an excellent host, communicated with us well and even checked in with us after our arrival to see if everything was ok. I highly recommend her apartment and would stay again if the opportunity arises.
