Stayed Sep 25, 2025We loved the walkability of the area. The studio itself was beautifully appointed. The studio was immaculate and we loved that! The tram service was dependable and necessary. The beach was lovely, but crowded which surprised us! Restaurants were fabulous and walkable! We highly recommend a stay!!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This was our first time at this property and area, we were new to the 30a so we were technically in Seacrest. It’s a good area if you want to be between Alys and Rosemary. The management was great, they accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout and made on the fly changes for us regarding this. The room itself is beautiful and very coastal and makes you feel like you’re on vacation. It’s on a property that I believe used to be a hotel so you don’t get the full beach house vibe, but it’s more so an apartment/condo. My only suggestion is that the cleaning team does need to be more thorough, we found trash under our bed and there was dust/stains from spilled drinks behind our nightstands and entertainment center. Again, not a big deal but what you’re paying for you expect pristine. Also I’d recommend to change the shower liner and provide shampoo since there wasn’t any and just soap. Overall we had a great time! Property manager was excellent and very professional.

We love how everything was walking distance from our location & how it’s very family oriented. We would definitely recommend booking your stay here!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Fantastic, large suite. Everything was new and clean. Bed and pull out sofa were both super comfy. I traveled with one of my teens, and we both felt we had lots of space to stretch out. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book this again when we come back to 30A.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Overall, we loved the Cupcake! The advertised images were very accurate. Upon arrival, we had zero issues getting into our room with the key code provided. It should be noted that there is an elevator, but it is only accessible through one of the two entrances to the building. Parking was easy and close by. The management staff was quick to respond to emails. The location was convenient, with quick bites and coffee close by. We did not use the pool or hot tub on our stay. We did not have WiFi access in the unit, despite a router being present, it just wasn’t connected to the internet. I am a Verizon customer and it was difficult to get messages to send out. We did not have t.v access either. Just something to consider if this is important to your stay. Other than a small trashcan in the bathroom, there was no other place to dispose of garbage. We had to reach out to the management company and ask for an ironing board and trash bags, which they promptly brought. As for a place to keep your belongings, there is very little space. There is not a chest or dresser to unpack your bag. The bottom of the closet was filled with a vacuum, small TV, medicine cabinet, dustpan/broom. There was a small amount of space for hanging clothes. This left only the floor for our suitcases and other bags. Very small (tiny and crowded) beach privileges for this unit. The majority of the beach in this area is private for other condos and not for S. Walton guests.
