Walk to Plaza From 2/2 Adobe bungalow

We loved our stay here. Everything we needed was provided and we really appreciated the off street parking. Daughter and son in law stayed in town and could easily walk to us. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back for sure.

Property was “as advertised”! Easy walking distance to downtown plaza. Complete set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Outstanding beds with a plus of having both firm, and soft pillows for beds… it was noticed and appreciated. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. This is our second year to stay at casa Elena A in December. It is a comfortable and lovely place for two adult couples. We walked to most of our events and restaurants and shopping places.

We didn’t meet our host, but we found the home in very good condition, full sets of directions, as well as many helpful brochures. Our accommodations certainly met our needs. Proximity to town was a real plus, as we walked to museums and the bakery, avoiding the busy parking in those areas.

We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to the plaza easily.

Lovely cottage in Santa Fe. Exactly the way it is advertised and communication with Vivian was excellent. I would stay here again for my next trip here!

This is a beautiful little house in a fantastic location. Not quite walking distance to the square for us as we are older, but very close to everything. House was immaculate and very well supplied. Onsite parking was great. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is our second year here and we've already booked for next year - it's ideal on every level. Comfortable, easy walk to the Plaza, off-street parking, quick back-and-forth to the Opera, short walk to Mille (morning coffee and fabulous pastries), and a pleasant afternoon retreat when we're exhausted. We love it!

Overall our stay was good. The location was in a quiet street/neighborhood close to the Plaza and to a mall with a grocery and take out food. The bungalow was the right size for 4 adults however, the master's bathroom needs attention. The toilet tank is wobbly that it seems like it will fall off every time we flush. Since we are seniors we depend on grab bars in the shower area. these was also wobbly. The shower floor needs a rubber mat since it was slippery. Also need a toiletry organizer in the shower area. All of us ended up using the outside bathroom for showers.

Came with a friend to see museums, art galleries and explore. House was quite clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful home, decorated with the colors and art of the area.

It was clean, cool, the beds were comfy, it was well stocked and in a convenient location. The owners would do well to upgrade the window coverings which often got stuck, up or down and the curtain rods which did not operate well and actually in one case fell down. But overall, it served our purposes well and we were overall satisfied with the house and the location. The exterior lock box needs to be replaced as it didn’t work well and was old and awkward.

Four adults, two are very familiar with Santa Fe and two were first-timers. This location was good to get around town and easy access to main roads out-of-town. We were comfortable in the residence and it was well stocked in the kitchen although we ate out a fair amount. The TV was a bit confusing and we had some difficulty getting some channels. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a nice place.

Great location and value for a family trip. Comfortable space! One point to be aware of if you have older folks in your party is that even the short walk to town for dinner can be too much in June as daily temperatures stay very hot (90s) into the early evenings and do not start to drop much until 7-8pm. Just something to be aware of when planning.

This 2/2 property has it all! Comfortable beds, parking, outdoor seating, native decor & walkable to town. Stop the search & book-it!

A friend and I came to Santa Fe to visit another friend that moved there 5 years ago. She was a great tour guide and lived close by so this rental was PERFECT for our needs. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable and we had everything one could want. Vivian, our host, was super nice and extremely responsive to a few questions we had. I'd love to come back and would stay here again. Thank you!!

This location is a perfect short walk to the Plaza. The unit had all we necomfotable. Unit is located in a nice area that gives you the feel of authentic Sant Fe

The house was quite nice, very clean and super quiet. It has a nice porch, but we did not get to use it much since we were mostly out during the warm parts of the day. You can't ask for a better location; it is easily walkable to restaurants, the plaza, Canyon Road, the Railyard Arts area, and a Sprouts grocery story. I highly recommend this rental! We hope to return next year and rent it again.

The property is in a perfect area for going to the plaza and many other places downtown. Nice coffee shops and restaurants in close proximity. Well kept and great parking spot in the back.

We absolutely adored this home. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well supplied.

We were in SF for our annual trip to hear Santa Fe Desert Chorale and Pro Musica as well as shopping, dining and enjoying the beauty of SF at Christmas. 111Elena St A was perfect for two adult couples. The house was beautifully decorated and within walking distance of the plaza, The Railyard, and Guadalupe shopping area. The Museum’s on the hill would require a 15 minute drive.We will return as this was a perfect place for our SF holiday vacation. I would love to go there anytime of year.

The location is the best thing about this property. You are 5-10 min from almost everything and Vivian and Rebecca (the property managers) are wonderful 💜

The property was perfect for our visit. The house is very cute, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well furnished. We had confusion about how to handle the air conditioning system, as we needed heat at night and air during the day at times - but we did figure it out eventually. We texted the owner to let her know we had arrived, but did not hear from her while we were there. The location was excellent and the house was delightful. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a great property overall. It was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The walk to the Plaza was very easy; however, it is about 10-15 min and was a bit challenging for the elderly couple in our group. The WiFi wasn’t great, and it was a bit challenging to conduct video calls, but if you’re not working while here, it worked just fine. Parking was easy and off-street. We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute/Clean/Well accessorized Condo even closer to down town then stated. 5 minutes walking. Good Communication with Mgr. Only issue we had was getting use to a strange noise/settling of house at night when sleeping - we used fan noise.

This was such a wonderful stay! After being up early and heading out to coming home around 6 to this lovely place and relaxing and sleeping well was just wonderful! will be staying here again our next bi annual trip to Santa Fe!

We loved how close this house is to the square and also the Rail Runner. It is well stocked. The house is on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay.

We love the West San Francisco neighborhood - this was our 8th year in the area, our first on Elena St., and we were very happy. The house is quiet and comfortably furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen that we barely used (boiled 4 eggs). The bedrooms, each with a large closet, are well separated and quiet. On-site parking was easy. The outdoor sitting area is in front of the house so it lacks privacy, but we had our morning coffee there and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. The proximity of Mille bakery made AM coffee and pastries very easy. Lovely stay!

Great spot within walking distance of the Plaza. Property was exactly as described and very clean. Communication was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!

When we arrived, the power was off due to a storm. Communication from the on site manager was lacking. Once the power returned, we enjoyed the property. Property is located where one could walk to the square. Property includes authentic adobe architecture which we really enjoy. My only negative comment was that the cleaning fee was excessive compared to other VRBO properties.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back. Location is great for those who are ok with a nice walk (10 mins) into the charming town. There’s an amazing French cafe around the corner if you take a shortcut path. House has comfy beds, very clean, just the right size for two people or two couples who know each owner well. Owner responded to any messages either a slight delay but she always got back to us when we had a question. Thank you for a perfect stay!
