Located conveniently to shops and ski areas. Fully equipped kitchen and pretty quiet area. No real view of Lake Dillon.

Great downtown Dillon location. Walkable and accessible to everything.

Absolute perfect spot to stay for a Dillon Amphitheater show or just exploring Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, etc. Easily could accommodate 2 couples and multiple children.

Overall we had a GREAT stay and would stay again. Our one disappointment was rhat we expected to have a gas grill that was advertised and it was not there. We has brought food and planned accordingly. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but we had to change part of our dinner to accommodate this.

Great property and very comfortable accommodations . This property has everything you need and then some !We stayed for some shows at the amphitheater and it’s perfect for that .A 7 minute easy walk. We enjoyed staying here so much that next trip to Summit we will be here . No complaints at all and truly loved the property.

5 nights over Christmas break. Great location for hitting all the resorts, nice convenient liquor store, pub and ski rental place down the street. Nice to have bedrooms on separate floor from kitchen and living room. You can hear footsteps but if you walk softly it’s not bad. For the price this place is a good value. It’s not luxurious but it gets the job done.

Perfect location to attend a show at the Dillon Amphitheatre. I was able to just walk over to the concerts. Also good access to the lake, and numerous hiking trails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Dillon Pines rental was a fully functional and convenient stay for a short weekend Summit County ski trip. We had booked a condo in Frisco, but due to a furnace problem had to be cancelled. Summit Resort Group was excellent in communicating and making last minute changes to the Dillon Pines unit. Dillon Pines had easy access and parking. There is a great mud room for ski and snow equipment, but there are stairs between the bedrooms and living areas which may be tricky for some renters. The kitchen is well outfitted for light cooking. The grill did not work, but it appeared to be an easy fix. The only negative is check out. The Summit Resort Group required the keys to be dropped of at the office BEFORE the 10am check out. So you have to plan your day's activities around that drop off. Luckily, we were skiing in Keystone so it was on our way, but if we had been in Frisco or skiing in Breck, this would have been very inconvenient.
