Stayed Sep 27, 2024While the unit was roomy and accommodating. It's location was not as portrayed. The cleanliness of the unit for the amount of cleaning fee was lacking and absurd. The walk to the beach was bout 20 minutes--not terrible, but not a few steps. The pool and hot tub was not as close as one would believe. In a phone call to the unit manager, I was told someone would be over the next day to take care of a few small issues. No show! I could go on, but I'm not going to. I will be tracking down the owner, as the management group they have in place is lacking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location was great for beach enjoyment. Lots of beach needs were provided by the owner (e.g. beach chairs, wagon, etc.) The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Our agent, Meaghan, was extremely helpful with questions and concerns. Appliances were top notch. The gate keeper was very helpful and friendly. Using WiFi was VERY challenging. Also using the TV was difficult, although there were MANY sources of programs, but not necessarily access to some of the streaming sites. Suggestions: Provide more dishwasher detergent to those booked to stay more than a week; Pots with LIDS would be helpful; Provide a welcome notebook with information, maps and directions for using TV and WiFi.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location and price were good and we had a great time overall; however, there were a few issues that caused some inconveniences: -No beach towels were provided as advertised, so we had to do extra laundry - The beach tent and wagon advertised were both broken (the wagon was replaced upon request quickly, and that was helpful) -The sliding glass doors to the balcony were very difficult to move -The dishwasher silverware container had holes in it, making it so the dishwasher was difficult to open at times With a few of these changes and some attention to detail, this place could be a much better place to stay in future.

Stayed Oct 9, 2022Overall we had a nice time. I loved all the beach equipment they left for us! Made beach time so fun. The property definitely needs maintenance tho. There was a missing sliding glass door in the master bath, the sink in the master bath if you lean on it even just a tad it feels like the sink is gonna come right off the wall. Also, an intense moldy smell in the master bedroom bathroom. The ceiling fans were packed with dust which my husband was so kind to clean. The coffee machine also didn’t work. The TVs were not functional for half of our stay. Most of our concerns were brought up to the property manager and she was incredibly sweet and tried her best to make our stay more comfortable, but I just feel like for the price of this location this shouldn’t be the case, these things should be meticulously looked over before someone gets into the property.
