Walk to Fashion Square! Snowbird Condo w/ Pool

Great spot, clean, well appointed. Nice dishes, french press. Beds and pillows are nice. Critique: Needs regular coffee pods, a few hot pads. There's water damage next to main bath shower door. Would appreciate better parking access instructions.

Nicely located. We had a car but we also walked into downtown and old town a lot.

I am so glad we ended up going with this condo, rather than a resort. Our friends stayed at The Scott and paid significantly more than us, for relatively the same experience. We were also 2 minutes from them. This condo is located 5 minutes from Old Towne Scottsdale. Centrally located and priced perfectly. The amenities were a nice perk as well. The only thing I could critique is, the beds aren’t the most comfortable and you can hear the neighbors above. Both of which would not stray me away from staying here again in the future.

OK. I didn't get to go. I booked for another couple and ourselves but we were exposed to Covid so our friends went and we didn't. They reported that the property was very clean and very comfortable. They showed up late and had a hard time finding the property and then the check-in instructions didn't really work. On the other hand, as we were trying to solve the problem all the individuals we dealt with were professional and concerned. We do recommend the property. Things happen and several individuals worked hard to solve the issues.

The place was advertised. It was clean, well appointed, and the location was great - within walking distance to Fashion Square and Old Scottsdale.

We had an amazing stay here at the Modern Condo! We unexpectedly arrived hours early into the Phoenix area. I reached out to the owners asking if we could possibly check in earlier than initially agreed. Pete responded promptly and informed us that we could check in at 9am instead of the 4pm time. This was helpful beyond measure. I understand that all situations may not allow for an early check in, however the fact that we were communicated with and permitted to check in early was huge! Ok.. about the place…. NICE! Very clean. Well stocked! They had everything you could think of and more. Guide book was helpful! Nice outdoor space! Covered parking right outside the door was very nice. No complaints from any of us! We will be back!!

The condo was very clean and well furnished. The only downside to this property is the pool. It was not maintained and there were no chairs to layout. So if you are looking for a great place to stay and pool is not something needed. This is your place.

We enjoyed our week stay. The bed in the master bedroom is my only complaint, it’s very uncomfortable & a new mattress is needed. Worst mattress ever! Kathy

We arrived at night and had a difficulty finding the unit and the parking spot. We eventually figured it out. Tried to call property manager, but no answer. Parking spot is right by a pole which can be difficult to maneuver when vehicles are beside and behind parking spot. This is a downstairs unit where you have upstairs neighbors. We did notice them on several occasions, a few were early in the morning. We had issue with master bathroom shower stopping up so could not use it during our stay. Property manager arranged to have it looked at after we departed. Other shower was amazing which multiple water settings. Beds were a little firm for our preference. Washer and dryer were stacked and top shelf in kitchen was high making it a challenge for people in shorter statue to reach the top with ease. Condo was well stocked. It is in a great location for accessing everything in Scottsdale quickly. Size is ok for two people.

We had a great stay. It's very clean and close to hiking and shopping. The space allowed us to enjoy weather and convenience.
