Stayed Feb 13, 2026When we arrive there were people milling around the parking lot. The unit to the right and underneath of us was being rehabbed. Construction material outside. Deck next to use had crime tape to restrict access. Window glass missing next to door. Seem like someone was living here and just left. We booked for two nights. Did not even bother with the second and stayed only 6 hours the first night.. Did not feel safe Trying to get refund. Do not stay here.!!!!

Stayed Jan 17, 2026The condo itself was very nice. It was clean & equipped with everything we needed in the bathroom & kitchen. However, the outside was a bit dirty looking. The pool area was not very inviting& It was also very loud being directly on the road. It was nice to have a laundry area on the premises. There were many lovely restaurants in the area (10 min walk). It did take a while for the host to respond to requests.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Checkin was super easy, plenty of communication from Evolve and a direct phone number and email from the owner. Everything was as described or better (had a daybed in addition to a foldout sofa in the living room). Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to downtown Hilo, shops, and the Farmers Market.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property was very clean and easy to use. It was well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom as well as sheets and pillows for the beds. They had very good air conditioners to cool the house as well as fans. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again.
