⛱️ Walk to Beach~19th floor Gulf Views~2 Pools~The Radiant Vista☀️

Not a 5 star property. Upon arrival noticed a foul smell. Cleaning not as expected. Dust on walls and furniture. Floors in living and kitchen were sandy. Master bedroom carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned. Outdoor furniture was filthy and needs to be cleaned. Sofa bed is worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom 3 has no closet, extremely small, poor quality beds and only suitable for small children. Cookware was cheap quality. Towels and wash cloths poor quality. Master bed and bedroom 2 bed was good. Short walk to beach. Pools ok. Great view. Gym is small for property size. Gym was not clean and equipment was worn and old. Parking was ok and construction on north entrance.

This was our second time staying at Radiant Vista. Love this comfortable condo! Has everything you need. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous views from your balcony. Loved sitting out there every morning while enjoying my coffee and quiet time. So relaxing!!Highly recommend!

Ocean views from balcony! Just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful place to stay! Condo was beautiful and well maintained!

Great ocean view! Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion: With 7 people, would be helpful to supply more bath and kitchen towels. Also blanket for pullout. Overall, very enjoyable accommodations! Host: communication was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Radiant Vista! Condo was beautiful and comfy and had everything we needed. View from balcony is amazing. We have been staying at Ariel Dunes four years in a row. We love it here. We will be staying in Radiant Vista again in the future. Highly recommend!!

The location of the condo for the Topeka music weekend was absolutely perfect. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. We found the condo to be well equipped. We would definitely recommend

We love Ariel Dunes and the Seascape complex. We have been staying at Ariel Dunes for the past 15+ years. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The only complaint I have it how uncomfortable the couch was. I know it was a fold out for additional sleeping arrangement and we didn't try the bed. But the actual couch was very uncomfortable to sit on the watch tv.

Weather wasn’t cooperating but it didn’t change what a great vacation we had! Condo was great, location had everything you could need. Recommend renting a golf cart from beach front golf carts right at aerial dunes!

Overall our stay was just what the doctor ordered. However we had trouble with the couch not being comfortable and the keypad changing before check out time. It was extremely stressful and inconvenient to manage getting our belongings packed away with the worry of being locked out prematurely
