Stayed Dec 27, 2025Loved the location, the grounds and heated pool community pool and the unit was very nice! Looking out to the bay was so calming. The kitchen was well equipped with upscale items. Lots of hangers, nice rooftop private deck. Our host was very attentive checking on us. We would stay again! Great experience.

Stayed May 24, 2025We spent 2 full weeks here and had a phenomenal time! The condo is so cozy and super comfortable. We loved the view of Lemon Bay & spent mornings & evenings watching the manatees. Having the private beach access across the street was extremely convenient and relaxing. We loaded the wagon with the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided and lounged the days away swimming, hunting shark teeth and soaking up the sunshine. Everything was so perfect and we are 100% satisfied with our stay and absolutely recommend booking! We are so grateful for our time spent here and satisfied with our stay!!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2025We loved the condo! It was very relaxing and felt like home. Owner checked in appropriately to make sure our stay was going well and to address any concerns we had. She was a Godsend when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The condo was clean and had basic amenities. So many perks to this place including the heated salt water pool. Plenty of towels for the beach or the pool. Watched manatee from the dining room table. This is truly one of a kind. You will not be disappointed. I wanted to book for the same time next year but it's already taken!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy for everyone in our multi-generational family to enjoy the sand and surf. The condo was spacious and well-equipped, providing plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind.We loved finding shark teeth and seashells along the shore—perfect for a beach walk hunt! The fishing trip we booked was also a highlight, with a convenient pick-up right from the dock. If you’re into water activities, there’s also clear-bottom kayaking nearby, which was such a unique and fun experience.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and adventurous beach getaway with family. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We loved the easy walk to the beach, and swiming and lounging in the pool. The roof top patio was secluded and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and some sun. The Views on the property were amazing! Had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Condo is beautiful. The location is perfect with the beach on one side of the road but also overlooking the Bay from the condo windows. Standing at the sink looking out to a tall pine we watched Eagles come and go. We watched dolphins swimming in the bay. And lots of pelicans were always soaring by. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching the full moon during our stay. The pool was warm and wonderful. The location is perfect. Very quiet. Nice people. We truly enjoyed our stay. Working with Kristina was a pleasure. She was very kind. We took the boat ride she recommended, and we were picked up right at our dock. This is a perfect condo in a great location. I plan to return.
