Walk to Beach: Hilton Head Condo w/ Screened Porch

The decor is neutral and furniture is comfortable. We especially like that there is a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. There are three tvs, one in each room! The unit did not include a trash bag or dish soap and had few paper towels on the included roll. Most of the drinking glasses in the cabinet were dirty or had dishwasher powder in them. The outer in the coffee nook didn’t work. Both bathrooms were very clean, however. The sound of the fountain outside the screened porch is relaxing and it was very quiet every day and night. So fun to have a different beach experience each day…birds, water formations, and cloud formations. Beautiful! We also like the cats who have wandered over from the cat sanctuary.

Sounds of the fountain and views of the oaks while sitting on the screened porch were so relaxing. The sunrises and sunsets, wildlife, and ever-changing sound were just the vacation I needed. The tasteful, attractive, functional and comfortable furnishings in the condo were perfect and I like that there are comfortable beds for 4.

Loved the screened porch overlooking the beautiful courtyard! Enjoyed cool mornings with coffee listening to the many birds. The condo was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the welcome book with the WI-FI password we expected was not in the condo.

The condo was cozy and had everything we needed whether we wanted to cook, play games, relax on the beach, take a walk, exercise, etc!! The condo was clean and very comfortable! We were convenient to all the restaurants and shopping!!!We especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the screened porch, watching the sunrises and sunsets on the beach that is just a very short walk from the condo, sleeping in every morning, bird watching while walking along the beach, smelling the star jasmine that lined the walkways, hanging by the pool with a good book, and everything else! There’s so many things to do that made our vacation everything we wanted it to be!We will be back again because we enjoyed this condo and its location so much!I highly recommend spending a week here to enjoy a great time at Hilton Head!!!

The space and accommodations were great. We have 4 children and the space was large enough to accommodate us all. There were items not expected like chairs for the beach, beach toys, and beach towels. Would have preferred a regular coffee pot or some complimentary k-cups to go with the keurig pot (I had brought a bag of coffee grinds assuming there would be a regular coffee pot). The unit was broom swept but not deeply cleaned. Nothing that bothered us too much, but wanted to mention it so you could make sure the cleaners are doing the job I’m sure you’re paying them for. All in all a great time! Nice, quiet, location directly on the beach and pools in the backyard!

Such a ice touch to leave beaver towels and chairs. Screened in deck was wonderful.
