Walk to Beach - 3BD Condo w/ NEW Bathrooms - Indoor & Outdoor Pools

The condo had everything we needed (3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, baby high chair, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms). It was cozy and tidy. Right next to the elevator was a bonus with small children! There were board games for the teens and adults and we loved being in the same building as the indoor pool-very convenient. There were a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, puddle jumpers, chairs, etc. in the storage area. Shuttle to the beach was fantastic! Also trolley service to nearby shopping and eating was fun. The kids loved it, and we didn't have to drive as much! We would stay here again!

This is my 4th visit to Hilton Head Resort. This condo was the best one I have stayed at. The owner thought of everything a guest would need during their stay! My family of 4 with 2 daughters in their twenties and friends had an amazing family vacation.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend stay. The complex is nice and well kept. This unit was very nicely furnished and had a great layout! Had everything that you could need!

As seen in the pictures, the property is decorated very nice; however, what you can't see is how dirty and dusty everything is. It was a big disappointment! The whole place needs to be deep cleaned and repainted. The walls were disgusting. When we arrived, we went to Walmart to purchase our own cleaning supplies, which is sad when you're told the housekeeping is outstanding. There were pillows without pillowcases and would have been nice to have a full mirror in the spare bedroom like there is in the master. The beach supplies were nice to have, but need updated. We went and purchased our own beach wagon after we found one of the ones they provided was broken. The resort itself could use updates too, but overall was ok. We still enjoyed our stay, but will look for another place to stay in the future.

The condo was close to the elevator. Easy loading and unloading. We did a lot of cooking the kitchen had everything we needed to use. The kids loved having bunk beds & a pool to swim at. We had all kid jackets & pool toys the kids needed that were listed. It was easy to pack up the kids and travel with out bringing the extra “things”. Overall even the weather wasn’t the warmest our family enjoyed visiting!

We stayed at the building that had the indoor pool. There are other buildings that surround a tennis court and another that surrounds an outdoor pool and another that surrounds grass. Be sure you know which building you want to stay in. You do have access to all buildings.

First, the good: the condo is very nice and somewhat recently updated. The owners are quick to respond and helped with a tv issue immediately. Sheets/towels were clean and fresh. Second, the bad: the condo was not clean. The dust on the light fixtures, in corners, floors, closets was visible from 10 feet away. The mechanicals closet was so coated in dust, it would blow out if you open the door. This cause allergy issues for all of us staying there and generally just made us uncomfortable. Drawers had derby and hair, the floors felt Sandy and dirty. For $150 cleaning service, it should be near spotless. My recommendation to the owner is to 1) have someone inspect the tv/cables after a stay because the cables hanging from the tv look bad and make it hard to diagnose cable issues and 2) get a full deep clean once every 5-6 weeks. As nice as the condo is, for the price, I can’t see staying there again because of the general uncleanliness of it.

We loved our stay at Hilton Head Resort. It was super close to the beach and the owner had great items to take to the beach. We loved the wagon to pull everything there. The highlight of our trip was the extras for the kids. The movies were a hit with my children and they loved the board games. The amenities at the resort were perfect for our family. It was a great location on the island. We would recommend this condo to others, especially families with children.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and accurately described in the listing. If we return to Hilton Head we would choose this condo again.
