Stayed Jun 8, 2022The place was great for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for us, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was clean. The pool is right across the parking lot and the beach is a short 8 min walk. Would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 7, 2021We loved this property and had a wonderful experience communicating with the owner. This was our first trip to 30A and we weren't 100% sure what to expect or what would make a location great. This spot was fantastic. It is close to two different public beach access points and brief walk/bike ride to food and shops. The unit itself is much more spacious than the photos can capture. The bedrooms were well appointed, beds comfortable and common areas bright and happy. The unit is just across the parking lot from the pool which is convenient. The beach chairs and umbrellas stored at the unit were really a huge plus. To not have to pack or bring those things was fantastic and we found them to be good quality. We will definitely look to see if this property is available in the future because we will definitely be returning to 30A.

Stayed Jul 29, 2021The condo and location were perfect for our family vaca. Boys 12 and 14 loved the proximity to the beach and condo pool. We rented a golf cart at the shop across the street and used this to check out different beaches and restaurants. The condo was new, remarkably clean, and secure (gated). I felt very comfortable and safe having my family there. Overall a 5 star experience and would highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 22, 2021Only a short walk to the beach access and a few restaurants. Pool is right across the parking lot. Overall the complex was very quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021We had a wonderful time at the beach condo and it was a perfect fit for our two families. The kids loved the pull out beds and the pool was super close. Great condo and very clean. Owner was pleasant and easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2021The condo was incredible! Big bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. It was really nice to have the six beach chairs and two umbrellas to bring to the beach. I was also able to communicate with the owner during our stay very easily. I would definitely stay here again!
