This bargain modern 2BR/2BA condo in the Village at Riverstone is mere steps from dining and shopping options as well as all-season outdoor activities. Beautifully designed with high-end furnishings and modern upgrades like smart TVs, this incredible unit also boasts a humongous outdoor deck. On-site amenities include free parking, grill and picnic areas, elevators and local shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Our house manager will pre-stock the kitchen for a small fee.

LIVING AREA
The welcoming living room is furnished with a sofa, chic armchairs, and a smart TV. Gather around the coffee table for a family game night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Serve appetizers at the four-seat breakfast bar; the adjacent dining table seats four more. Let us know one week in advance of grocery items you want when you arrive. $50 fee paid to the house manager plus the cost of the items.

BED & BATH
This condo sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Rest comfortably on a king bed in the primary suite, complete with a smart TV and en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds; the beds can be converted into a king bed upon request. An adjacent guest bathroom has an oversize tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy the largest deck of all of the units in the building! This private outdoor space features a turf lawn, lounge furniture, and patio table -- perfect for alfresco dining. Amenities at the Village at Riverstone include a grill area, picnic tables, and access to boating and other activities in the river and lake.
Enjoy peaceful strolls or bike rides on the Centennial Trail – a scenic path going for 20 miles along the Spokane River, approximately 2 blocks away. Venture less than a 5-minute drive to all the amenities in downtown Coeur d’Alene along the lake.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and two bicycles are provided. Reserved parking is available for two vehicles. Plenty of free outdoor and indoor parking is available surrounding the building.

    Our family of 4 were in Coeur D’Alene to hit Silverwood and spend some quiet time at the beach. This condo is very well stocked with everything that you need. Easy, quick access to downtown and the main beach areas. We also loved that after driving back from the park we can walk to restaurants and ice cream. Great communication from our host as well. Would stay at this property again for sure.

    We absolutely loved stayed at this Condo. In addition to it being in a fabulous location it was clean and had everything one would need and then some. If we make it back to Idaho we will for sure stay here again

    We loved the property. It was in a great location...close to the lake and the cute little shops. Loved the roof top patio area. We would definitely rent this property again if we come back to Coeur d'Alene.

    Thank you to our host for a WONDERFUL nest in Coeur D'Alene. My 19 yo daughter and I traveled to C'oeur D'Alene to see a Lyme disease specialist. Comfort, cleanliness and ease were paramount as she is quite sick. The ease of getting into the condo was pretty good, all codes worked as expected. The condo could not have been better - lush towels, yummy blankets, good wine glasses (hey wine glasses things matter!). Wendy was quick to respond with any needs, and had pre-stocked the apt with a few basics for food to serve us on a late evening arrival (at our expense of course). There were shops and restaurants nearby and a wonderful terrace that we couldn't enjoy in 4 degree weather. Wendy, you rock!

    We had an excellent stay. The condo was as described and met our needs very well. Lots of cute shops and places to eat near by. Easy to access downtown and surrounding area. We will come again. The only drawback I can think of is all the instructions for getting in the building. Some times the book in the condo differed from the email. Could have been clearer but we managed just fine.

    Thank you for the comfortable stay. Only point of frustration was conflicting instructions for accessing the property. No garage access code was provided, despite being in the bookin comfirmation email, although it wasn't an issue since there is ample parking right by the lobby entrance. Wendy responded quickly when external door code was requested via text and stated the code was in the initial email. Turns out it was, however, the email also stated the door code would be the last 4 of my phone number. Then, a follow up email stated all access codes (garage, lobby, door) would be provided on the morning of our stay. One code was provided morning of stay and it was the front door code, which did not match last 4 of cell, and did not allow access to lobby or garage. Anyway, once the access concern was addressed, our stay was great and we would return. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Thank you!
