This condo was completely updated 2018, and is located in the popular & quiet south Palm Springs off highway 111, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown. You are a very short walk from Smoke Tree Village shopping center, with many fine restaurants, banks, an EXCELLENT grocery store, post office, shops, salons, etc. Several other shopping centers full of other retail outlets, Coffee and banks are 4-5 blocks away. There are public transit bus stops directly across the street off E Palm Canyon, alleviating the need to drive to the Palm Springs greater downtown. All Parking is free and covered! Bedding and towels are all NEW. A BeautyRest@ king size mattress , medium firm, and all new bedding added 2021. A brand new HVAC system with AC and an Ecobee Alexa Smart Thermostat was installed June 2021.

Enjoy the resort caliber pool and hot tub, and be sure to bring your tennis rackets. We supply a pickle ball set. The tennis and pickle ball courts usage is included, & illuminated for night play. This ground floor unit has been COMPLETELY renovated with new quartz counter tops, custom cabinets with soft-close everything, NEW flooring, bathroom and fixtures, kitchen, NEW appliances, including filtered water and ice, BlueTooth Speaker, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffees. The unit has central heat and AC, strong extended Wifi, and each of the two TV's are Roku equipped. You have access to a variety of streaming platforms on Roku.
We keep a well stocked tool kit, power drill, spare batteries and lots of home supplies.
There are 2 air conditioned pay laundry rooms available for your use, along with a decent collection of books, tapes and DVD's available to borrow from the Clubhouse.
Our property is covered by a strong Home Owners Association, and requires a minimum 28 day rental.

There wasn't one thing that I wanted or needed that wasn't thought about and available in this condo. I enjoyed myself and felt at home immediately making my stay in Palm Springs exactly what I was hoping it would be. Thx!
This unit has been very nicely refurbished throughout the entire suite. Very clean with kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Lovely patio with view of the mountains. Location was perfect for us near anything we might need from shopping to restaurants. The large pool was close to this unit with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for our comfort. Wes is an excellent host.
Great location with great amenities(pool, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, private backyard, etc!). Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, etc. Condo is as advertised, very accurate and well appointed. Wes is great to deal with and very understanding when we had to leave early! We highly recommend and will return again!!
I stayed in the condo for close to 2 months... it is beautifully remodeled and fully stocked with everything you might need. The patio is private with a beautiful view. This building is much quieter than the ones where the bedroom faces 111. It’s a lower level unit, so no stairs. There is some footstep noise from the upper unit but this is the case in all the lower units and not overly bothersome... the pool and hot tub area area are amazing, with friendly neighbors. Wes was responsive and helpful, easy to work with.
We spent a month in this large one-bedroom unit in the Smoke Tree Racquet Club condo complex, adjacent to the lovely Twin Palms neighbourhood. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants, close to many golf courses and hiking trails, and directly on the city bus line into downtown Palm Springs, about 2.5 miles away. The complex has tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool, and shared laundry facilities with coin-operated front-load machines, serving a mix of permanent residents and vacation rental tenants. The unit itself is large and comfortable, with good sized rooms, and has been nicely renovated with care, including quartz counters and new appliances. The west-facing patio remained in the shade until late afternoon in November, and the condo stayed cool, despite 90F weather. The kitchen was stocked with basic provisions and spices, and Wes was responsive and easy to work with. The only issues we had are ones that were beyond the owner’s control. During our entire stay, there was an almost continuous odor from the next-door resident’s vape, incense and pot use, which made it difficult to enjoy the patio or open windows and doors for fresh air. And we heard their occasional middle-of-the-night domestic disputes. Despite this, we enjoyed Palm Springs for the climate, activities, and entertainment.
Nestled in a great neighborhood, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The unit was spotless upon my arrival, and had basically all that I needed. The private patio and general privacy of the unit had me always feeling comfortable. Everything in the unit is new or nearly new and very modern. Wes was always available to respond to any questions I had, which I thoroughly appreciated. I loved having restaurants and a grocery store right across the street within a mere 3 minute walk. The surrounding neighborhoods of Twin Palms, Deepwell Estates, Indian Canyons, Tahquitz River, are all just steps away and thoroughly enjoyable to wander around.
My wife and I have just returned home to Ireland after spending one month at Wes & Paula's wonderful condo. They were so helpful during the booking process and made sure that everything was in order during our stay. This one bed condo has recently been totally renovated and we were so pleased with the location, cleanliness and convenient Ralph's supermarket - a 5 minute walk away! Trader Joe's in Cathedral City is only 10 minutes away by car and The Palm Springs Buzz - a convenient way of going into the centre - has a stop convenient to the Smoketree shopping centre. Our condo was conveniently situated to the large swimming pool/hot tub on the complex. There are so many restaurants in Palm Springs to choose from but our favourite from previous visits is still The Thai Smile, followed closely by the Fisherman's Market, LuLus and Billy Reed's. Favourite coffee shop of course is still the Coffee Bean and Tea House - take a seat here right in the middle of Palm Springs and watch the world go by!! We just can't wait until we return for another vacation at this fabulous condo!! Many thanks Wes & Paula.
