Stayed May 17, 2026Very clean and comfy property. We loved the decor. Both beds were awesome- we slept great! Kitchen and bathroom amenities were a very nice touch :) Onsite gated parking a plus.

Stayed May 10, 2026This is a great location within walking distance to Broadway. We felt safe walking to and from downtown. There is secure parking within a gate. We enjoyed many a morning and evening on the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the coffee and snacks the owner provided.We would stay here again.

Stayed May 5, 2026Wonderful experience! Everything thing was as stated! Fabulous location, super easy check in process. Lot's of extras within the unit if you forgotten any thing. Lot's of follow up during the stay. Was just a pleasant time! Weather sucked though !

Stayed Feb 17, 2026The hosts were great at answering our questions prior to our arrival and were very accomodating. The property was close enough to walk to Broadway in about 10 min. The condo had everything you could need, but we ate out and did't really utilize the kitchen. The only thing I would add is a safe. I would recommend for 2 people or 2 adults with kids. Not real private sleeping areas for adults. Worked great for us as a couple!

Stayed Jan 26, 2026Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. They think of everything. We were there during the ice storm of a century and they provided updates while we drove about the power situation. They offered an alternative location when they couldn’t get the place cleaned due to road conditions. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. They are not only friendly but organized and a joy to work with.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Great spot to enjoy the Nashville experience. Easy walk to Broadway and back. Great upscale restaurant (Husk) right next door. Great communication made check in a snap! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!
