We loved the ease of contact-free check in and check out. We had all the information we needed ahead of time so we could start our vacation the second we arrived. Parking was always available right outside door. The condo was very clean, modern appliances and decor and very comfortable- a perfect home away from home. We really appreciated the movie collection and available board games as the weather wasn’t always pleasant. The kids were so excited about the beach toys closet! What a treat to have everything we needed to enjoy the beach without having to figure out how to pack and travel with such things. We really enjoyed ourselves and wouldn’t hesitate going back again.

This property is the best! Great oceanfront views, well stocked kitchen, plus lots of extras!! Beach chairs and toys, even sunscreen was available! Easy walkway to ocean! Everything was well maintained or brand new, very clean. The host responded very promptly to any concerns we had. The rocket launches are so easy to see, hear and feel from the balcony!! I will be coming back to this property!!

Everything you think you need and more. The hosts were amazing and welcoming. Great location for the on site amenities as well as being close to restaurants and shopping!

We had a great stay here. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed, which made the whole process easy.The condo itself was extremely well stocked. It had everything from beach chairs and toys to small conveniences you don’t usually see, like a cellphone charger. They also provided all the bathroom essentials like soap, conditioner, and shampoo, which is not always the case and was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having nice TVs in every room was a great bonus.One of the highlights was the view—we were able to watch a rocket launch right from the property, which was an awesome experience. There’s also a nice, easy path down to the beach, making access simple and convenient.Another thing we really appreciated was not having to do a bunch of checkout chores. Unlike many VRBO stays, we didn’t have to strip beds or clean—just took out the trash and were good to go. That made leaving stress-free.Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. We’d definitely come back.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was so clean and the communication was fantastic. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The walk to the beach was shorter than we expected! Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time at this property! It has everything you might need. Doug and Cathy were great hosts and were available anytime I had a question. We were steps away from the ocean and they had a closet full of great beach gear! The pool was great and the community was chill and relaxed. We hope to visit this property on our next visit to Cocoa Beach!

Everything was good. Very quiet area at night and friendly neighbors. Beach, eating places, pool and stores all within walking distant or short car rides. Doug and Cathy are great hosts! Thanks for sharing your condo, hope to visit again in the future.

Always a great stay

Nicely located and very comfortable and clean unit. While this unit does not directly face the ocean, it still has a nice view of the beach and the water and easy beach and pool access. We enjoyed the porch and the comfortable furniture both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. I highly recommend this condo.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The owners were very communicative to the point that we didn't have to ask any questions at all. This property is pretty great. When they say beachfront they mean it. There's a private beach entrance from the property which is about 100 yards from the door of this condo. The complex felt extremely safe and everyone we interacted with around the property way super friendly. Walking distance to some great food. A quick drive to anything else you would need. Oh, and if you're looking to book during a launch you could literally see it from the comfort of the couch if you wanted to. There are some beach toys and chairs as well which was great.

Very clean, appears to have been newly remodeled. Very nice place. We went the third week of November, very quiet location, hardly no one on the beach and the weather was perfect. Will definitely consider this location for future stays.

Me and my husband celebrated our honeymoon here and we have no complaints. Was an amazing room and close to the beach for our child. We will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic vacation!!! We stayed for 2 weeks and we could not be happier!! The condo was amazing! Clean, great view, lots of amenities for you to use, and the new furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Not to mention the 85” t.v. made watching shows and movies even better! The owners are easily reachable and very prompt with their responses. They make a real effort to make sure your stay is perfect and it was!!!

Condo was beautiful and clean, the balcony has a great view of the sea and the pool. Owners answered any questions quickly and were super helpful. The kitchen was supplied with everything anyone would ever need. The king bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come again.

Best Experience by far. Owners are the most kind and attentive hosts you could ask for, Doug and Cathy are always a pleasure. The condo is so well stocked for every need you could think of, very clean, updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view can not be beat anywhere in the area, being able to watch the kids swim in the pool while still watching the waves roll in at the same time is unbeatable. Great location far enough away from the pier to avoid all the craziness and have your own private area on the beach, but close enough you can still go and be a part of it if you want. The wisk and grind restaurant next door is such a favorite for breakfast, a few blocks away Oasis Shaved Ice is another favorite and in walking distance, the banana river and bioluminescence this year was amazing to witness and so beautiful and bright. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise, the rocket launches and the calm peacefulness of the night with the sound of the ocean can not be beat. This condo is hands down the best you can get. We love it and look forward to the next year before we even leave. Thank you Doug and Cathy for helping our family make unforgettable memories and sharing your perfect beach home with us.

Perfect beach getaway for our family of 4. Condo was great and exceeded all of our needs. The fun beach toys closet was a big hit for all of us. Doug and Kathy were wonderful hosts. We will be back!

Such a lovely spacious condo in a perfect location. It has everything we needed including beach chairs and toys, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and everything else you might need in the kitchen. The beach here was never busy but it is also close enough to restaurants and activities. The pool was kept very clean and was very comfortably warm. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Thank you for a great time!

This property was beautifully decorated and very clean. Primary bedroom bed was so soft and comfortable. Primary bathroom’s shower had great water pressure/nice shower head. The place is set for all your electronics to be easily charged throughout each room. The assortment of DVDs and CDs is huge! Impressive closet full of beach/pool toys, chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The balcony has comfortable chairs and a great view of the pool and beach. We even got to see our first launch! Whisk & Grind was our favorite place to walk to for breakfast. Keyless entry was flawless. Doug & Cathy were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend their place!

There was nothing they hadn't thought of. Everything one needs is provided for. All one needs to do us unpack and enjoy the pool, beach, and the condo.

Perfect beach trip! The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. My son loved the boogie board that was available for us to use along with some other beach accessories. We will return!

I have rented numerous Florida beach properties over the years but none of them has been as clean and well stocked as this one. Everything we needed was there and the decor was fresh and simple. We will rent this property again if we return to Cocoa Beach!

The condo was just as advertised! Very clean, great decor and all the amenities you could want. Great view of the beach and pool. Can't beat the location, right on the beach but away from crowds. Great restaurants and orher activities either a short walk or drive away. Doug and Cathy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again!

Great location with easy access to beach path. Modern appliances and furnishings made mornings a breeze. Plenty of kitchen ware if that's your wish. We were fortunate to be able to watch 2 launches during our week!

We have stayed in several vacation rentals over the past two years and this one was by far the best! After spending a few days at Disney, I splurged a bit more on this property than I wanted, but it was worth every penny. You truly cannot beat the immediate pool and beach access and nearly everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Not only is it obvious the owners and housekeepers care about the property, but the renters have also respected everything that is provided to us. The only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly recommended! I hope I have the opportunity to stay in this unit again. I have stayed at many condos in the Cocoa Beach area and this is the nicest of all. The condo is conveniently located, the grounds are well kept and the unit has been updated. It is very attractive and comfortable. There is a great view of the beach from the patio. The kitchen is lovely and very well stocked —a variety of condiments and spices, lots of cooking and eating utensils, a new in-package sponge, several coffee making options and even an electric tea kettle are available.

It’s a busy area, but our stay was very relaxing also the weather was perfect. Lots of good places to eat and quite a few things to do. Or, do nothing at all. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly.

Great location for beach people. Host supplied the home to perfection. We did not want for anything. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. Lots of towels pillows and blankets. Basic beach needs.

Once a winter I try to leave the cold and dark northern latitudes and find my way to the beach for a few days. This year I had business on the east coast so why not Cocoa Beach?The location was modernized, well stocked with everything I needed, and right on the beach. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive. Checkin and checkout couldn’t be easier. This was a great property to visit and I hope to be back again one day!

We spent a week at Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Bliss! There is no question, we highly recommend this property/home/condo to anyone interested in a beautiful location, lovely walkable beach with many opportunities for dining, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming in the heated pool, sightseeing and relaxing. The host’s description and all the good reviews you have read are true. The comfortable accommodations had everything needed. Beautiful decor. Plenty of amenities. The view from the second floor balcony had the best of both- the pool and from the side the walkway to the beach and ocean. We were able to view a rocket launch from the walkway and beach! Exceptional restaurant suggestions plus the Whisk and Grind was right next door! Our communication with the hosts, Doug and Cathy were clear, quick and attentive! We do hope to return and honestly you should check out this property!

This condo is just perfect! Amazing ocean views from the balcony, enjoy some drinks and snacks while watching the many cruise ships sail from Port Canaveral. You are literally steps to the beach and beautiful heated pool. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops, everything you need is here! Enjoy beautiful morning sunrises on the beach with your coffee and if you’re lucky, like we were, you may just catch an awe inspiring rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! The condo is fully stocked with anything you need, pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games, many appliance and kitchen gadgets. Doug and Cathy have decorated the condo so classy and beachy you really feel the vibe! They are super responsive to any questions or needs that you have. We were a family of 4 adults, highly recommend booking this condo. We cannot wait to come back!

We booked this condo at the last minute after our trip to Siesta Key was cancelled due to a hurricane. The condo is very clean, well stocked, & in a great location. 10/10 recommend.

The condo was decorated very nice. Was clean and well supplied. You won’t be disappointed by staying here.

We stayed here for about a week (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 1 year old) and trust me the pictures of this condo do not do it justice! The pool and beach are steps from your door and the condo has everything you could possibly need, it’s like you brought your fully stocked house on vacation with you! 100/10 recommend trust me you will not regret staying here!

We had a fantastic time at this property. Easy, non-public access to the ocean. They provide chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked for homemade meals. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach at night which is something I would highly recommended. Would definitely recommend this property.

Doug and Cathy are such a pleasure to rent from, communication is unbeatable. The condo was beyond perfect, everything you could possibly need is provided. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beach fun closet has an abundance of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, balls etc. the rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The balcony is the best part, you have a direct ocean view as well as a direct pool view. The kids could swim and I could stay in the shade of the balcony and supervise. It was fantastic. The elevator was AMAZING for groceries and unloading and reloading. I can’t give this place or these owners a higher rating, we already have our next year planned and can not wait to return. Thank you Doug and Cathy for an unforgettable perfect experience.
