Stayed Jul 9, 2025Lovely place, beautiful view of the Intercoastal waterway, easy beach access a few blocks away. The AC was a little noisy at night. The owners were responsive to our needs, and we would recommend!

Stayed Aug 11, 2023beautiful oasis at Indian Rock. The apartment is supper equipped, and beach equipment was also on hand. close to the beach and easy access to Tampa etc.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023Nice location, right on the Intercoastal. Could walk to the beach and restaurants. We were in IRB for a family reunion, so didn't spend much time on the property, but it was clean and neat. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony.

Stayed May 25, 2022It is very easy to walk to public beach access. Having a beach wagon and available chairs makes it simple as well. Several nice restaurants are within half a mile. We loved Beach Waves and Cafe de Paris. Brent was very responsive when the AC did not work for over 24 hours. The view from the balcony looking out at the bay is very lovely. It is clean but amenities are very basic. Bring your own Kleenex and decent toilet paper!

Stayed Apr 6, 2022Beautiful views; clean and comfy. The 2nd bedroom didn’t cool down too well and the air conditioner was a bit loud coming on and off but other than that it was a wonderful property.
