Waipouli Beach Resort Extra Large Unit! Luxurious Decor! Sleeps up to 8*

The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location for exploring Kauai. We loved the resort amenities and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Kauai was absolutely beautiful, and this was the perfect place to call home during our vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, roomy condo that fit our needs with two teenagers. Location on east coast makes getting to different areas of the island easy. Grocery store across the street, great pool, wonderful on site restaurant on the beach. Hot tubs seemed to have issues but that’s not a reflection of the condo or anything that could be helped by our VRBO host.Well appointed kitchen with all utensils, pots/pans, big mixing bowls, etc. There were some minor issues with bathtub not draining well and a loose toilet handle but those are easily remedied. Small shower area in one bathroom and there were popcorn kernels many places in the kitchen when we arrived so it could have been cleaner. Again, minor in the grand scheme of things.First floor unit so no immediate ocean view but great to open your door and simply walk to beach or pool. Lots of people walking by but there’s reflective windows so you don’t feel like people are staring in. Great hedges of hibiscus bushes help with the privacy as well.One word of caution: this unit is right next to the lobby. Occasionally we’d hear people through the walls so if you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue for you (really was minor since there’s not people checking in or out( but overall, we’d definitely stay here again and recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and the unit was wonderful. The location of both are excellent! The unit is well equipped with comfortable beds and being on the ground floor makes access to the property amenities very convenient. The host and property managers were very responsive and friendly. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to other travelers.

Everything was very clean and there were lots of kitchen, beach items for us to use! We had one maintenance issue this was handled VERY quickly! We love it here and can’t wait stay again! Mahalo!

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location in Kaua'i for exploring all parts. Perfect location on the property, super close to parking lot and pool, yet felt private. Shopping plaza across the street so convenient. Ample space and A/C inside kept everyone comfortable.

We lived this condo, perfect for our family of four. Beautiful and spacious and great location to the pool.

Great unit. Right up front with a little grass patio area for us to chill on.

We were a big family, this unit was perfect for 2 different families. Very roomy, could use more silverwear but other than that it was worth it!

The location is close to the airport so very easy to get to. You can walk to the beach and the pool is so much fun with the slides and the lazy river to float dowm

The location was excellent for day trips, (especially with kids) exploring the island's north & south coasts, beaches, caves, Waimea Canyon. The condo layout was great with the living area between the 2 sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms (plus 2 across the hallway) also helped for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens + 6 year old. Washer & dryer were a necessity that we appreciated having. There is A/C. Walk-out made for easy access to everything. Parking, check-in were all easy. Kids were well entertained with the pools, hot tubs and the slides, & the Koi pond. BBQs on site were used often. Ocean a very short walk away with lounge chairs available (& convenient for star gazing). Very short walk to Safeway. We were grateful for the cooler and beach chairs for our outings. Staff were great, as were communications & wonderful assistance to get us through our last day's wait for our red-eye flight. Wishes for a successful season ahead.
