Easy check in, ac worked great. Simple but had everything you needed. Wish they stated that they had beach chairs, noodles etc earlier before arrival other than that everything was good

We had a great stay. Love the location. So close to the beach. The u it had everything we needed and maui rentals was very respondent. We are coming back soon.

The apartment has a great location and a beautiful view from the balcony. It is located right next to the beach. Theres a supermarket nearby, so you dont need to drive to do the grocery shopping.

Loved our stay. Everything from the ease of check-in, the condition of the condo, cleanliness, pool and grounds, beach, to checkout. It was a very pleasant stay. The location was great as well. We will be back for sure!

However some contact to other owners und ground management is due to historical disputes unpleasant. Repeating guests paying 5K$ to 10K$ per stay should be treated more respectfully. However the rental agency is very polite and correct.

Broken aluminum chair on patio, which was unsafe to use chair. Noisy ceiling fan in living room on when on high speed. Very dirty caulking on tub decking. Stuck diverter on tub spout. Rusty shower caddie. Disgusting shelving paper under kitchen sink. ANTS! Red stain on carpet next to dinette. Flaking paint on clothes rod in bedroom. Peeling pain on front door jam. Overall the unit is outdated and not appealing. Not really clean as it could be.

The unit has everything we need for a lovely 2 week vacation. We did notice as we began using the dishes and utensils that many were put up in the cabinets still dirty with food on them. Also, many of the pots and pans are so scraped up and damaged that cooking in them was difficult. Food would stick to the scratched up teflon pans. This is also a health hazard. These should be inspected after every rental and replaced every so many months. We will continue to book this unit for future vacations since our daughter lives down the road. I hope these suggestions will be taken positively.

Clean unit, fully stocked kitchen to make meals at the rental, the pool/grill area was perfect after a day of exploring. Centrally located to all the “must-do” activities, restaurants, etc.

Quiet, no parties, close to the grocery store and coffee shop. Lovely place for a family gathering.
