Stayed May 2, 2025the property is very nice. we are walkers and beach goers. the Ulua Beach parking fills up by 0800 so you should park your loaded vehicle at 0600 and walk back up the hill. then walk down and spend the day w all your beach stuff close and convenient. the West side of the Ulua shower complex has the best snorkeling. Island Gourmet sells papayas but no decent bread.

Stayed Sep 18, 2023In my case, I was there by myself on a business trip, and the location was perfect for what I needed. It had every single thing you'd need as far as amenities, perfect instructions on how everything works in the condo, and an outstanding of the ocean. Parking was super-easy, right in front of the place. Air conditioning worked great, and the shower water was hot, quickly! Just due to the nature of my trip, I didn't get a chance to use the pool, which is maybe 40 steps away from the front door.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023The pictures in Tim and Carolyn's depiction of their property are spot on! The views from the lanai are spectacular, whether youre just enjoying the beauty of the property or watching the amazing sunset, the view is breathtaking. They have made a things you can do booklet for their guests that was very informative and introduced us to new things. I would highly recommend this property. We only hope its available on our next trip to Maui later this year.
