Pros:Location-central to great beaches and Kihei restaurants/shopping, safe, quiet, well kept grounds, easy parking, great barbecue grillsView-Amazing watching whales jumping from the lanai, the best everMaui Rentals-Very responsive to our needs and great communications.Cons-Terrible mattresses, tired old furniture, dirty floors, loud air conditioners especially in the bedrooms. No sheet pans or metal bowls in the kitchen.

The condo has amazing views. We enjoyed having dinner on the lanai over looking the golf course and gorgeous sunsets. It is well furnished with lots of utensils, basic spices and pots and pans as well as a washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs and ice chest are available too. It was very warm when we arrived and hard to cool down. The unit has wall mount air conditioners in 3 rooms but it could not keep the unit cool. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and the ceiling fan makes a groaning sound. Given our short stay we did not contact property manager with the issues.

While this condo offers an INCREDIBLE ocean view in a great location and is mostly clean, it leaves a lot to the be desired. This unit is lacking basic beach equipment (enough beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) that all other condos we’ve rented on the Maui have had. The kitchen is ill equipped for cooking in and the bathrooms are not stocked with any small toiletries beyond bar soap. Even the hand soap in the kitchen was watered down with things floating in it. It feels as though the owner is likely only in it for the money and does not ever stay at the unit, as is evident with the broken blinds in the master and broken screen door, AC drainage, and unresolved termite and wasp nests in the second bedroom. Until some basic upgrades are made, I’d recommend saving your money.

You can’t ask for a better location and view, just wonderful. Unit is looking a bit tired but is still great for two couples. Would recommend.

Perfect location, clean and well appointed. Love the ocean view from the lanai. All appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. Great condo!

Unit 308 needed a little paint, new kitchen glasses and some new towels. For a small investment in these details the unit would present itself more like an owner rental instead of in a rental pool. All said, its still a great walk to the beach location.
