Stayed Dec 24, 2025Condo was equipped with all the staples of home. We felt like we were in our own home. Variety of amenities that ensured our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Owner was fantastic with communication and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We had a great stay here. Nice place we loved that there was 2 bathrooms full bathrooms we could take two showers at the same time, and that the pool was super close. This ground floor unit does have a short set of stairs that go down to the front door. If you enjoy eating breakfast on the lanai you will get a visit from some of the turkeys that roam the property.. The master bedroom mattress was soft. A great stay and we would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jan 28, 2025We love staying up in Waikoloa Village and love the Paniolo Greens neighborhood. It is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The condo was clean, exactly as advertised, and had every amenity, beach supply, and kitchen supply/condo supply that you could think of.The owners were very responsive and so extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our time there.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024Convenient location for north island activities. Nice facility. We did not use pool or other facilities so cannot comment on those. The list of restaurants/food is not very good/thorough. Had to find affordable restaurants close.
