*Pool Closure*
Please be advised that the 4th floor upper pool deck will be closed until the end of April 2024 to late November 2024, including the main pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, both BBQ grills and cabanas. Due to the pool renovation, there may be noise from construction noise from the hours of 8:30-5pm Monday through Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The sun deck will remain open including the fitness room, yoga room, pool table, and the Aloha Lounge.

- Not associated with the hotel, no daily housekeeping available.
-Garage height clearance is 62, if your vehicle exceeds the clearance, parking will not be available. Heightened wheelbase vehicles and large vans and SUV's are not recommended.
- Loss or damage of a key fob is $200 plus tax.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building, suite or lanai. If found smoking, the fee is $650 plus tax charged by the building association.
- Building and suites are smoke-free and pet-free.
- Amenity access are subject to availability by the Association, owner is not responsible if it is closed.
- Advance notice required for the use of the queen sofa sleeper. Please let us know so we may coordinate with our cleaning team.
