VOTED BEST BONITA VALUE, Resort Pool, Near Ocean

Tom was a Great Host He gave us all the necessary Information so the Check in was very easy We had two beautiful Pools Directly besides the condo and beautiful beaches all around in the area We had a geeat time and would like to come back in the Future

Plenty of room, nice kitchen to cook in, safe, covered parking, nice pool.

We had a wonderful stay. Tom the owner is very helpful. He has everything what you need in the condo. It is very comfortable to park under the building and to have a lift upstairs.We really enjoyed everything and the pool.We will come back. Thank you.Inge and Peter

We had an amazing stay. We stayed for 5 nights in August with kids ranging from 5-13. The pools were amazing. The kids were thrilled to find pool and beach toys readily available. Restaurants, shops and the beach nearby. Thomas was a pleasure to have as a host. He always responded quickly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so nice to talk to.

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. Everything here is absolutely perfect, to include communication with the host. We hope to stay here next year!

Room had everything that we needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Full kitchen. Loved the pool and having the stairs to walk out to the pool instead of having to go to the elevator. Planning to stay again.

There was nothing the owner had not thought of in this condo. It was perfect. The owner call a few times to make sure everything was going okay. It was perfect.

We have stayed at the property before. It is close proximity to Naples, Estero and Cape Coral. Plan on returning in Sepember

We had an awesome first VRBO experience at this property. The unit was perfect for our family of four and had absolutely everything we needed included beach & baby gear. The resort is quiet, but there were a few kids that came throughout the week, which made it fun for my 6yo. The pool is perfect, and the bar was a great spot for a low key lunch and cocktails. It wasn't within walking distance of the beach, but they offer a shuttle (doesn't run on Sundays). I can't say enough about our experience with our host, Tom. He was super responsive before and during our trip and checked in on us as well. He also helped us track down a pack n play for our 18mo, which we needed. We would 100% stay here again!!

This vacation spot was a gem. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to everything and the condo gives you a feeling of staying on a tropical island. The host was amazing checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear and communication with Tom was easy. Property is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Beds were super comfy. Would recommend this property to everyone. Hope to stay again. Thank you so much Tom. Best experience to date with a rental property.

Overall excellent stay. We had a very frustrating 2 1/2 hour check-in wait because the unit was not managed by the resident property group. Construction noise from new building being developed next door was a daily irritant but that wasn’t the owners’ fault. However, we would have appreciated the courtesy of being notified of the construction beforehand.

Our visit was everything we expected. Tom contacted us, upon arrival to make sure we arrived safely and said to call is any questions. I highly recommend this condo to anyone.

nice clean property. Great location for us. Two heated pools. There is construction next door, lots of noise and concrete dust, we were unable to be outside two afternoons.

Condo is great. Exactly as posted. Plenty of kitchen spices and supplies. Tom the host was a pleasure to deal with. Bonita village is really nice with a great gym. Only minus was all 3 grills were out of order. Would rent again and definitely hope to

Tom was an awesome host. Just bring your toiletries and clothes...everything was provided for a trip to the beach or pool. He was very available if there were problems.....none! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful pools and views. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches. Everything is close by. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely come back! Owners are wonderful people! Best place we have ever stayed. Fully stocked

We had an amazing time in Bonita Beach at your condo and cannot wait to come back! Your place is tastefully decorated and so comfortable; leaving visitors lacking for absolutely nothing! Best property, safe, clean best pool. Condo was well equipped and property manager was communicative. No better place to stay to enjoy beaches, beautiful pool and all the best restaurants. Short drive to Naples and five minutes from Barefoot beach.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and in such a great location. The amenities on site were great, and we really enjoyed the pools. Tom was amazing to work with, we will be staying here again!!!

Tom was fantastic to communicate with, the unit was beautiful, clean, great location beds comfy, showers great, kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking. beach and pool supplies chairs umbrellas coolers towels floats pretty much anything you needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
