I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough how wonderful our stay was at America Way in Del Mar. From the staff at Stubbs realty to the stay itself, it was exactly the breath of fresh air we needed! The house is so light and bright and beautifully furnished...we truly were sad to leave! Thank you to all the staff at Stubbs who treated us so kindly and were so great with communication...I will highly be recommending you all!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had one of the best month stay at Flower Hill area in Del Mar. the location is so quiet up on a hill. Great view of the ocean and surroundings. My wife loved the high-ceiling in the living room area. I loved the huge patio inc BBQ unit. Bed rooms were located down stairs and so quiet and peaceful. Washer/Dryer worked really well and convenient. We will definitely be back again in the near future and highly recommended for those who would like to stay for a month or longer.

Reviewer Comments: For the second year in a row our rental unit was FILTHY upon arrival, even though our Stubbs agent said it would be perfect this year!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got off to a very rocky start when we arrived on property. The unit appeared to be clean but once we started moving in the drawers, that is where the problems started. Crumbs in the kitchen cabinets and drawers along with ants, silverware, dishes and glassware not clean. The exterior patios, windows and furniture were not clean. Once we cleaned the unit, it was very enjoyable. Kevin was very understanding and did a good job to assure our happiness.
