Vista Del Mar 303-Luxurious Beach Retreat!

It was delightful and relaxing. The property is exceptionally nice! Management was attentive.

Our stay at Vista Del Mar 303 was fabulous. This is a beautiful condo with updated appliances, very comfortable beds and large sofa in living room. Very spacious throughout; plenty of room for 6 adults. Bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Large walk closet in master bedroom. Balcony view was expansive and had a large dining table plus two comfy loungers to enjoy the balcony. Overall, one of the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely plan to return next summer.

This was our third stay at VDM, we were told a few days before arriving that the outdoor pool was closed but the hot tub was open. This was not true at all. They are nowhere near opening the pool or hot tub. The entire retaining wall was gone and they were running sand through a sifter all day which was a bit disturbing. The building next door was being completely renovated and was quite loud as well. To access the beach you have to take the elevator down to the parking garage, walk through the garage and around the outside of the building. We understand this is not their fault, due to hurricane damage, but would like to have known before booking. Also, the pool table room is no longer available to renters, it is now accessible ONLY to owners, which was one of our favorite spots for rainy days. We enjoy the new and clean facilities and the beach location is great if your looking for a quiet spot away from crowds. Doubt we will return until the renovation is complete.

We very much enjoyed the amazing view and amenities. In fact we enjoyed them so much we hardly left the unit. We have already booked for next year .

Everything was great, clean, and comfortable. Indoor pool was open and gym looked great but we preferred walking on the beach and road (closed to car traffic still) down Gulf Islands National Seashore. View was great. Publix just across the bridge. Bring your own spices/foil/parchment paper. Nice to have the Keurig. Loved the ice maker in the wet bar area. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, etc you’ll need. Beds were comfy. Property manager great to communicate with. Nice to have codes for doors and gate instead of keys. Highly recommend this building.

Great property, beautiful views and beach.

The condo was very clean and had all amenities we needed . Great view of the beach from the balcony. Kids loved the play room downstairs , and indoor pool was perfect for the rainy day!

This unit was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, great view and comfortable beds. Perfect place to relax with our family. I would definitely recommend this condo and complex to anyone. Short drive to Orange Beach where you can find numerous restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Loved loved loved our week at this condo! The view, the furnishings the lay out of the condo... all top notch! We had a family reunion over Christmas week and it was absolutely the best! We will be back!

I typically try to read reviews before I book a place to stay. When you look at the pictures on the website that is exactly what the condo looks like. The condo was clean and well maintained. Very roomy and quite and a beautiful view out toward the state park. The lobby, indoor pool, outdoor pool, work out room, kid room everything was just perfect. Close to Blue Angles Museum, State Park within walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from. This was my first trip to the area and we did not find the WOW restaurant, but several were good. Would definitely return to this condo and this unit.
