All bedrooms are located on the upper level of the penthouse and are accessed by stairs.

• Second bedroom: One queen-size bed plus a bunk bed with two twin beds (ideal for children or teens)

• Additional sleeping option on the main Ground level: A living area that can be converted into a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed and a full bathroom

Living Areas & Kitchen

The main level features two separate living/rest areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed for comfortable stays, from short getaways to extended visits.



Private Rooftop Terrace

The penthouse includes a private rooftop terrace with stunning sunset views over La Paz Bay and the marina. The rooftop is equipped with a grill and fire pit. Use of these amenities must be reserved in advance, as propane tank installation is required prior to use. A private half bathroom is also available on the rooftop level.



Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, thanks to a flexible layout that allows a third room to be closed off.



Note: The base rate includes up to 4 guests (including children). Additional guests incur an extra nightly fee, offering flexibility for larger groups without compromising comfort.

    Great location and beautiful property. Our host Ana was great and contacted me prior to arrival with all needed info for getting into the house. The house was one of the best set up rentals I have stayed in. Stocked with everything to cook. The rooftop patio with grill was also a nice bonus to enjoy.
