THE SPACE
Light and airy open plan kitchen and dining area that leads seamlessly into the lounge area with 65 smart TV and cozy seating. We have a large furnished patio just off the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet meal and guests can perch at the smart granite bar to chat with the cook.

BED & BATH
The master with a king and the guest room 2 doubles. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, overhead fans, high quality mattresses and linens. A vast en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity, oversized shower and garden tub with screened WC. The guest bathroom is also en-suite, with shower over bath. The semi private den has a Queen sofa sleeper, and desk. A full size laundry room means you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls while here.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
