Stayed Jul 26, 2024This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. It was our first time at Vista Cay but it definitely will not be the last. Our condo was perfect size, very clean and comfy. The only downside is that i like a softer bed and it was rather firm. But thats not an awful thing, I didnt lose any sleep. The pool is very nice and clean as well. I also loved the added feeling of security seeing the property patroled.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Excellent location to the COnvention Center, Great UNIT location. Walking distance to great eating and necessities shopping. Quiet. Uni was well stocked and layout was very nice. One suggestion: Table lamp in the living room that can allow turingn off the overhead lighting, provide a softer light.

Stayed May 26, 2025The location at Vista Cay is so convenient to Universal, especially Epic Universe! Food and groceries are right across or down the street. We loved how quiet and convenient this property was!As for the inside, I liked that it was all one floor. The kitchen was updated, as were bathrooms. Very clean! The beds were comfortable and all had TVs.One thing to note is that the front room is very small. Four adult-sized people could not fit without pulling over a chair. We spent most of the time in the parks so that didn't matter, but if you have more than 4 you may want something bigger.Great communication and they do trash daily right outside your door--major plus.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean and comfortable condo. The only thing I would say that could be improved would be to have some non perishable items such as spices and a few coffee creamers for the first morning. Otherwise it was perfect!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Our family of 5 loved all the space this property had to offer! Very convenient location for Disney, Orlando Airport, and beach! The community pool was very nice and a super short walk. Also want to mention what a nice area this condo is located in. We have little children so a safe/quiet area is non negotiable for us! We will be returning here on our next Orlando trip! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024This condo is very clean and updated. Location was perfect for us as we were near the Convention Center. It is not a bad drive to other parts of Orlando. The communication with property management was quick if needed. I liked the layout and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend this condo to rent!
