Stayed Jan 11, 2026Studio 32 was clean comfortable and perfectly located. Both as far as the gorgeous golf of Mexico view and spot in the hotel zone. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance, never a problem finding a chair by the pool and a groceries store across the street. The vibe was mellow and it is quiet at night. Perfect for having dental tourism. Cancun Dental Specialists is about four blocks away. You can see their building once you walk past the elevator. Fabulous internet.

Stayed Jan 25, 2026The host was outstanding. The studio was clean, sufficient for our needs, and would probably be a 5-star if in comparison only to others at the same price. It is on a beachfront property with easy access to the beach, but the unit does not have an ocean view. The pool, deck, and beach is very nice.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025The location of this condo can't be beat as it was right in the heart of the hotel district. The pools and beech were a short walk within the condo complex. This unit was on a very quiet corner. The staff was very responsive when we had issues with our air conditioner and it was fixed right away. There was a secons unit so we were never completely without cool air. Given its location, this condo is a very reasonable option for a stay in Cancun. We will stay here again.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025Perfect location, walking distance to shopping and dining. Even a convenience store right next door. Agustin is the best Vrbo host I’ve ever had. He was so communicative, always responded promptly, from the day we booked with him two months before our trip, all the way to the day we checked out. Especially for never having been to Cancun before, I can’t imagine how he could have taken better care of us. Will definitely try to go back and use him again.

Stayed Feb 10, 2025The property is just as it is advertised. Love the beach front access and the pools!Our room was a bit dated and needed some repairs. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. We had the kitchen tools to cook and a nice refrigerator with cold water and ice waiting for us.Great location to walk to the grocery store and La Isla shopping mall.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us, as my husband was down for dental work, and could walk to Cancun Dental Specialists for his appointments. There is a grocery store across the street in the mall, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and beach are nice too!
