Villages at Winnipesaukee, walk to Weirs Beach, Ski Gunstock, or Hike Mt. Major!

Fantastic! Typically with properties the pictures look better than the actual thing; in this case we were pleasantly surprised that the property seemed better than the pictures! Would strongly recommend!!

Condo was perfect for our little family of 3, although it could sleep plenty more. Everything was super clean and well appointed. Everything we could have needed was there! Elisha provided us great information about the area and a ton of recommendations for restaurants. She was super responsive and helpful when we asked for assistance on our was to a concert. We didn't really use any of the extras (pool, tennis court ect...) but it all looked to be in good order.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen had every utensil imaginable, there were toys and games for all ages, a really exceptional unit. The owners were very responsive to questions, and checked with us to make sure that all was well. Exceptional.

Perfect location! The condo is tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was great to communicate with. Beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and spacious in a great area.The beds were also very comfortable.We had everything we needed and even more. Also the pool area and the Tennis/pickleball court is really nice. We enjoyed all of it. We walked down to the pier and the beach quite a few times, it is just a short walk away. We can also recommend the ice cream at the Kellerhaus, right next to the units.We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

This condo was just the right fit for our needs. All the important things that mattered to us were there: comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi access, on-site amenities such as the tennis courts, walkable to Weirs Beach and other attractions along the pier, and a cozy living space to relax in the evenings. A really nice touch was the detailed information sheet we received from the host, which provided all the necessary logistics for our stay. It also included lots of great tips about nearby things to see, do, and restaurants to consider. We took many of the suggestions for where to eat and were never disappointed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay here again if we planned another trip to Laconia. Thank you!

The owners were super helpful. The location is very convenient to Weirs Beach and the Lake. It was great having 2 full bathrooms. We liked having a place to park our boat.

We stayed a couple of nights and loved the condo. Very comfortable for 4 of us. We would book again.

The only real problem with the property is something our hostess has no control over-our age. Because we are seniors there are too many stairs to enter and exit. The internet is spotty but you are in the mountains where even the best gps can fail. Our hostess was responsive and there were clear local directions. We had a great time and our horesponsive
