    Both Leslie and Alan were very nice and available. The house and amenities were great, just what we needed and enjoyed very much. We had to laugh since none of us could figure out (even with Leslie and Alan's help) why the DirectTV seemed keyed to Central Standard time and the local news was from Evansville Indiana!

    This was our second stay at this property and we will be back. There are 2 flights of stairs but worth the view from the bright unit with 21 windows (on all sides) and 3 sky lights. This is the most well equipped kitchen of any place we have stayed. Paper and cleaning products are provided. My husband and I have different sleep schedules and love having front and back living spaces. The building is in a residential neighborhood within a short walk to stores and restaurants. Definitely a 5 star property.

    Comfortable and spacious property. Lots of room to entertain. Located on top level so no noise from other residents. Well stocked with supplies. Superb location. Grocery and drug stores right around the corner. Next toHistoric park and bus line. Top Restaurants are three blocks away and the best part of Orange Ave starts

    We stayed for three wonderful months in this spacious unit! I can’t think of anything that would have made it better. Such a comfortable place to be. The living room and kitchen are open concept and very large. The bed was comfortable. It was stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The location can’t be beat! Just a short walk to grocery store, movie house and restaurants. The owners, Alan and Leslie, are very responsive and go out of their way to make it special. We’re looking forward to coming back!

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed an extended stay in a unit hosted by Leslie and Alan. They made our visit to Coronado and San Diego area comfortable and extremely pleasant. The unit itself was very spacious, clean and well appointed. We relaxed in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood setting with a secure garage for our vehicle and an assured level of privacy and safety. Both Leslie and Alan are excellent hosts and were responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our visit. They were very pleasant and gracious during our interactions. We will certainly plan a return visit!

    We have stayed several times. Plenty of room with small front porch and large back porch including electric grill. Centrally located just half a block from Spreckels Park. Easy walk or bike to stores, restaurants, the del and beach. Hosts are on site and great to communicate with. Highly recommend!
