A seasonal trolley makes beach access effortless, while deeded shoreline and exclusive amenities reinforce the prestige of your stay.



Ideal for couples seeking a romantic retreat or a quiet reset, this intimate sanctuary blends coastal charm with discreet sophistication. You’ll love the clean, modern lines and cozy layout—perfect for unwinding after an afternoon of sun and surf. The staff ensures high-speed internet and responsive service; however, guests seeking uninterrupted connectivity are advised to bring a hotspot, just in case. While simple in scale, the boutique styling and prime location offer a luxurious escape where effortless elegance meets coastal ease.



Trolley service is unavailable from November 1 to February 28/29.  If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, LaDolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved a space on the beach.  On their site, select 30A South Walton, then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.  We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
