Village at Palisades Ski-in Ski-Out One Bedroom Condo Mt. View Unit -2nd Floor

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. However we had a number of issues that could not be dealt with by chatting with the hosts. When we arrived our keycards were not working. This situation was envisioned in the check-in instructions which suggested us to go to the front desk and reload the cards. We were supposed to walk with the luggage and a baby to the front desk. It’s not so far when you are fresh and know the route but it certainly gave us another headache after 8 hours of driving. We called the front desk and they came to us (big thanks to them). Another thing is the outdated TV set in the living room. There is no way to connect to a smartphone, youtube, or Netflix. A modern smart TV probably costs a half of the price of a night here… For some reason the closet in the bedroom contained paint cans (!?). Luckily we could smell them and we moved them out to the balcony. It was totally inappropriate to store them in the bedroom. There was a weird situation when the cleaning stuff got into the unit. That’s on the apartment complex and not the hosts’ fault. The hosts were very responsive. In summary, at this price point we didn’t expect the issues that we encountered.

Steps to the chair lifts and gondola! Very nice amenities including the hot tub in the facility. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful Palisades condo in the perfect location! The condo was very well equipped for cooking and eating in. Great gas fireplace in the living room, and good pullout couch with all linens, blankets and plenty of pillows. We were 2 couples, and had plenty of space. Very close, easy walk to Funi lift and all village stores and restaurants. The owner is very kind, accommodating and communicative! We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well maintained and convenient for the activities we had planned. Would stay there again.
