Villa-style condo with pool on the beach - Condo 1

It was a great location by the beach but we didnt know it was a public beach and people were there setting up for a picnic at 6:30 in the morning with music already blaring. The condo was clean but I would not get first floor since you can hear everything from condo above you especially with a kid running around.

The unit is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the gulf. Manatee Beach Park is only a few steps away. The unit is clean and spacious. There is a pool and a patio area. The Anna Maria Island cafe is a short walk through the parking lot. They have a little tiki bar and serve breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this cute condo!

Condo was in a great location to the beach and it was clean and comfortable.

It was in the perfect location. The beach was right in the front yard. There was shopping within walking distance, along with a few dining options.

I did not get the room I signed up for. But I did enjoy the room I got, just more stairs. Need to leave more toilet paper, I had to bring my own.

I booked this for a couple nights for my daughter’s 21st Birthday. Great location. Steps to beautiful beach and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

This is the 2nd year booking this condo villa, we absolutely love it and will continue to book it every summer for our family vacation

We had the best time at AMI and the condo was literally right next to the water. I actually met Anne and she was the sweetest host. I would definitely stay there again

The plunge pool and barbecue area were perfect for the relaxation we dreamed of. Parking was convenient. The location was the best. We plan to ask to come back next year

Arrived at 3am to find it hadn’t been cleaned from the last person no sheets and towels all used. Pullout sofa was awful. I asked about hurricane damage and was told the condo was fine. Not so we were disturbed several times five on going repairs. Then the dryer didn’t work. B. Had cheap plastic lounges by the pool they call this a villa. The furniture was old and broken down

The property managers were excellent to deal with including providing extra parking at the last minute. We will definitely stay there again. Location is second to none. Excellent Stay

We enjoyed the convenience with beach right across the street and middle of the island for easy access to north and south restaurants. Walking distance to skinny’s burgers!

We had a very quiet stay and were steps away from white sandy beaches. Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very kind and friendly. We would definitely like to visit again.

This is a good property location for the beach. Its a park across the street. Its ocean view. Lots to do.parking is tight n assigned.

Perfect location to the beach and Holmes Beach Cafe. It was refreshing to use the pool after spending time at the beach. Had everything we needed.
