Villa Madeira 501 South West corner condo with a 60 foot balcony.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. Clean, modern decor, beautiful balcony with a great view.

Enjoyed our stay as always! The only complaint is I feel we should have been told about the parking situation. Underatable work has to be done after hurricanes last year. It just would have been nice to know. There many complaints from other guests too! Will it stop me from going back ? No, we love it!

Perfect view! Super short walk to beach. Condo was very clean and spacious! Loved the huge balcony! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great property. Just as presented. Views were amazing. Perfect location for our group. Access to the property was easy. Host was very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived at the property the night before Tropical Storm Deby. Simultaneously the AC went out. The owner got someone out as soon as possible and the problem was quickly resolved. It is a beautiful corner condo with more than enough comfy furniture on the wrap around balcony. Oh, and a closet full of beach supplies. We left 2 new boogy boards to contribute. We will be back.

The condo is very nice and well-maintained. Communicating with Gid is very easy, and he is quick to respond. The overall facility is kept pretty well. This section of the beach is quiet, which suits us just fine. There is plenty to do in the area so that no one will be bored. We had a great time.

Very relaxing! Fabulous views. Best feature…L shaped lanai..perfect to watch sunrise and sunset., sand powdery white. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels ..close to St. John pass, several restaurants close. Best grocery store Publix as usual. Saw many dolphins ..we had a wonderful family vacation (other family members stayed in the same complex) I’m sure we’ll be back !!

The condo was clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures online. Condo is in a good location with shops and restaurants close by.

Fun and relaxing week with the family! Fully stocked with every kitchen need. More than sufficient toiletries. Beach towels, umbrellas, and more available for use. Beautiful wrap around balcony view, where we enjoyed fireworks from both Madeira and St Pete. Only perceived con was laundry was inside one of the smaller bedrooms. Beach area was very clean and not overly crowded. Only other con not specific to the rental itself was that the elevator was down several times, which was not in their control; however, required us to carry all luggage down 5 flights of stairs for check-out. The contractor did respond onsite immediately to address.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Condo was beautiful! Lots to do in the area. Beach was amazing!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!!

Thank you so much. We had a great vacation. The place was perfect. Going to miss sitting on the porch looking out over the ocean. Hope to stay here again in the future.
