Renee and Taylor were great hosts! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. The view was the highlight of this condo and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Great location for our annual ski trip to Boyne Mountain. This condo was perfect! Everything looked brand new. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had snow every day but the sidewalks and parking lot were always kept clear. Northern Michigan Escapes always does a great job.

Great communication from our host leading up to the trip. The condo was lovely and perfect for our weekend away!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo on Deer Lake. The property was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. The views were gorgeous and we greatly enjoyed paddle boarding and fishing on the lake. Location was great too since we were attending a conference at Boyne Mountain. Would highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to not have WiFi for the first two days of our stay. The home was clean except for mold in the primary bathroom shower and window casing. There are also a lot of bugs and not just the kind that get in from an open door the carpet and curtains had small black bugs EVERYWHERE the size of a watermelon seed. They got into our things and were all over every room. The property manager fixed the WiFi by the third day but two days without WiFi in an area without phone service meant we couldn’t hang out at the property.

We had ants in our condo. I noticed the previous guests noted this as well. The owners should consider getting professional help with this issue. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, however, the furniture is very uncomfortable, especially for the nightly rate. We had our parents with us and it was difficult for them to get in and out of the sofa and chairs.

We had a great stay at the Deer Lake Villas and would highly recommend this location. This unit is on a beautiful piece of property on the lake and right across the street from the golf courses. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay! We can’t wait to return!

Boyne was amazing. Our villa had ants, missing set of bed sheets, and lots of geese poop everywhere on the outside. I did contact the property manager with each issue, and they did drop off ant poison for me to set up the next day. You do not have boyne mt resort, or pool access when staying through this rental company. That was a bummer for my kids. Overall boyne itself was beautiful, I wish our outside patio had been cleaned/sprayed off so my kids could walk around without getting their feet dirty.

This is a great place for a ski weekend with friends. The free shuttle to/from the mountain is an easy way to get around. The place is nicely updated and had plenty of room for 7 of us. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay w close proximity to Boyne. Only small complaint is that the floors are very drafty w heat vents in ceiling.
