I live part time in Nicaragua and know the resort/beach communities well, having rented homes and condominiums many times. Ricardo was a pleasure to work with, providing all the necessary details for trip prep and the stay, and was responsive to questions. Ricardo was a great host. He was very responsive and immediately worked to repair anything that needed it during the holidays. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids shared a room with bunk beds and my husband and in the master. The beach is right in front of the property which was the best part. Definitely one of our best stays at Iguana.
